Ah so for the Tohno family magi blood might help but not for the Nanaya family? Also did nasu ever explain how executors were able to break human limits without using magecraft? Like how Kotomine did in HF? My headcanon was some kind of onepunchman esque training combined with hisui-esque nasu-medicine

Nope. Nasu medicine only makes situations worse. They'll procrastinate if they drink that.
However, human limits vary from person to person. If you limit yourself to that possibility, then that is your limit. Just look at Kuzuki "History-Ethics Teacher" Souichirou. Even Saber is appalled at his Breathing and Walking techniques that are normally used by Onmyouji. And yep, you can see how it is used effectively in his fight with Saber.
In Christianity we call these types "Power of the Soul". Even Ba Ji Quan can be stretched to its limits through variations and whatnots to make the martial arts techniques too lethal for even man to not use.
