Actually Nero fits Santa quite well. After all her Backstory in the Nasuverse is that she gave to her people until she Bankrupted her entire empire buying them gifts and hosting celebrations and whatnot.
(Also I want a real Tsuki cross)

I feel like Apo Vlad is the perfect representation of what makes Fate great.
He has Noble Phantasms which capture the essence of his legends, has regrets he wishes to remedy though a Grail War, shows us the effect of fame bonuses, and is an example of a certain aspect of a hero being emphasized.
If you had to showcase a single Servant to a general audience to express why Fate is Fate, he'd be an ideal choice
