The KNK event for all intents and purposes has nothing to do with KNK TBH.
I’ve never actually read it tbh but it seems kind of like a “Year 1 FGO” victim or something.
I also think that there's just not like, any overlap between KNK and FGO to make an actually good story out of.
KnK in general is just really really standalone feeling.

Shiki is just... there. The building that drives people crazy is there too but without its KnK origins. It introduces Dantès in a roundabout way. It blueballs us with Avenger Boudicca once again.

It is actually very similar to the FSR collab in a lot of ways.
They could make it just like normal event and nothing will change.
Back then Avenger was still Angra`s exclusive class, Dantes was teased but not released yet, so no other avengers existed, and the class was datamined to be shit enough to make Angra live up to his statement as weakest servant (take double damage from every class except Beasts iirc)
