Huh you know I was just reading Medusa’s profile in CM3 and I just noticed that it actually does say that Pegasus was born from her instead of it being a gift from Poseidon as it was in HA.

The steed that makes best use of Medusa's Riding ability is the legendary winged horse Pegasus. Mastering a winged horse of the Phantasmal Species is a difficult accomplishment even for Rider-class Servants. When riding the heavenly mount that was born of her own blood, both rider and steed move as one.

It does get born from her blood when she summons it as a Servant, it doesn't necessarily contradict what we saw in FHA. Probably a quirk originated from her legend rather than anything about their real selves.

I just realized something while going back to Shimosa Arc and prologue to the Lostbelts.

At the end, Douman realized the possibility of Lostbelts, and that his quote made it even more baffling...

Perhaps he's pertaining to Kirschtaria and that he's taking the possibility of having Lostbelts engraving their world's existence over the protagonists' own as a bluff.

But seeing the Avenger Amakusa that wants to retake Japan through a remake of the Shimabara Rebellion, and that Musashi is a Servant from the pruned Lostbelt...
