Not really because usually there's Morgan and Morgause, though I don't think it's unusual to fuse them like Fate did either.

We're in the Age of FGO references, they're not going to change her design. Hope for drastical changes during ascension I guess.
So far it's the Orkney siblings (Agravain, Gaheris, Gareth and Gawain) and then Mordred. Depending on what they do with Yvain's backstory he could be included in this too.

Karna is the son of a sun god and uses fire with his attacks. Volcarona is called the Sun Pokemon and in legends served as a replacement for the sun. Larvesta was said to be born from the sun. Then there's the similar color scheme.
