Nah the manga already has exactly that, and Nasu said he wanted to surpass the manga. Which is why he's set a number of unresolved plot threads such as Roa's ritual and the connection between Arc and Shiki across space-time.
He has something bigger planned.

The punchline is gonna be that Tsuki-Re is already KT. Remake Shiki is already asleep/ coma-dreaming the scenarios, and will wake to "Arc True" or maybe straight into Tsukihime 2
