We have this tradition of fgc of bastardizing the names of playable fighting game characters into, most commonly, what the local variant of their name is. So in slavlands Johnny is Honza, wheras I imagine the French call Johnny Jean. Alternatively, we give them fitting names when they have none, which is how you get James Gordeau and Vladimir Merkava.
This is usually kind of tough to do with Melty, unless you're SA and decide it's a good idea to call Archetype=Earth Princesa for some ungodly reason. Roa, however, has always been Michael Roa Jackson in these parts.

I predict that, within the next few years, we're gonna get a live-action Fate/ work. Not an adaptation, either, but a unique work, cut from whole cloth for the medium in mind.
I also predict that it'll be hilariously camp and memeable to the utmost, as is the lot of all live-action works associated with 2D weeb media/franchises--yet it won't be without a measure of heart, sincerity. At least, enough to inform the viewers that the cast and crew did indeed try to make something genuine.
