It looks interesting and it reminds me a lot of .hack, I seen some of it, but might wait for animu version first. Still need to read To Aru from Volume 1... *sigh*
I've read the first two books but doesn't have the time to read the rest.

I liked the books where he was in the original SAO MMO. After that it kind of petered out, for me.
But I didn't know this was being translated, that's cool!
*raises hand*
I've read up to Vol7 of this series, half of Vol8 as it's still being translated by the Chinese translators (I read this in Chinese), and a few side stories. Got introduced into this after reading Vol10 Ch3 of Accel World (same author as SAO), where she forced a crossover between the two settings (despite there being a 20~ year or so gap even though it's the same 'real world' >.>).
Nice to see someone else reads LNs, outside of the people at AnimeSuki anyway
I actually rather liked her as a character, but only up to the end of the SAO arc. After that she is turned into a terribly uninteresting Damsel In Distress so the author could play around with generic incest humor/drama and I got bored.
Going to try and get back into these books, though. I stopped somewhere towards the end of the fairy MMO.
Also like this light novel a lot...for me, it's way more interesting character/plotwise than .Hack despite it's similarities (Read some of the manga and seen some of the anime but never touched the games). It's good that it's getting an anime adaptation...just hoping (like many) that they don't screw it up too much.
From what I've read, they could have satisfyingly ended it after the ALO arc...but it's good that it kept on going with new story arcs and the fun Side Stories. Kudos to the translators~!
I love this series. It's much better than hack, since SAO has an easy storyline to follow. The plot is kind of simple compared to some of the other stuff I've read, but it's still very enjoyable.
Asuna's character has been kind of disappointing for me too. Ever since the first volume, she's been going downhill, especially in Mother's Rosario.
Got to watch SAO earlier...
Oh my, I think this is going to be good.
This bond we have is like poison... Just one drop would destroy them all, no prisoners taken...
Yuuhei Satellite - Tsuki ni Murakumo, Hana ni Kaze
im abotu halfway through with the first novel (kinda didnt get to read it much before), and it really is quite good. although i wodner in which order they will animate the evnts. and if they will animate the sexscene between kirito and asuna (of coruse not xD but wether they will allude to it or not.)
Just noting that there is an LN thread.
So ... how about that first episode?
