Great chapter. Forgot to say it when I first posted but I'm loving this fic. Seeing Gil and Archer drunk singing their asses off was great, thought for a bit that Gil would make a move on Archer.
As for Lancer and Ayako, Though that dreaded song kept ringing in my head, it was a really good scene. They do make a nice couple, Ayako seems to understand Lancer's need for battle and that's one of the basis of a good relationship: Understanding and accepting your partner as he/she is.
And last but not least, I'm intrigued as to the motivations of Eloise, she doesn't seem to be as rotten as her companions, which makes me believe she will do Heel/Face turn soon enough.

I too despise that song, and I could never imagine Archer singing. The idea just makes the gears in my head grind the wrong way. Other than the singing, though, I think the whole drunken interaction was nice. And I'd be willing to bet you'll find a way for Gil to cure AIDS. Because, you know, he's Gilgamesh.
Regarding Eloise, I'm glad she didn't just start raiding blood banks like she said she would. Such outright honesty (in an OC) can be offputting, at least to me.
Interested in seeing Lancer's fight. Looking forward to the next update.

Well, her motivations are presumably pretty simple. She just wants to live. She doesn't seem truly bad (unlike the other two), she just isn't willing to sacrifice her own life even if that means killing others (and, the bit about sometimes needing a "virgin" shows that she doesn't only kill people who "deserve" it, even if she tries not to hurt innocents as much as possible).
As for a Heel Face Turn, that presumably depends on whether they can find an alternate source of virgin blood for her, so she can survive without killing innocents (a blood bank isn't likely to work, because the bags are hardly likely to have "pure, 100% virgin blood" written on them...). Sakura's out, obviously, and I'm pretty sure Archer is keen to rule Rin out of the running too, so I'm not sure how they'd deal with that problem, and I can't see Rin or Archer letting her run around the town eating people to survive, even if they will likely sympathise with her situation and want to help her.
What would be wrong with her doing that?
Nothing would be 'wrong' with it. I just think that it would be much less interesting.

Well, Gil's not "Grail Crazy". He's still an ass, but he has good intentions. He's like . . . I want to say Xanatos, but he doesn't have the brains for it. The world's his, and since he has this responsibility, he's going to make the world the best place he can.
That's not to say Rin can't act like a jealous girlfriend from time to time.

In bizarro Nasu world, yes. In the real world, he's Chaotic Neutral at best, even without the corruption (which, remember, apparently did not affect him one bit).
