While I will play it, I'm in the process of writing/planning a Grail Works story and am replaying the crossover material. And some other games upon recommendation from Kieran.

Also, every time I consider picking it up I remember the unpromising Prologue and think about all of the more quickly fulfilling games I have and Fate/Extra loses.

I know. I remember. Discussed this with Elf too.

But like I said, with a bunch of source material for my own fanfic waiting, with Fate/Extra being unnecessary, consuming precious free time....yeah, Extra loses.

Especially when the game I'm replaying is the notoriously difficult Demon's Souls. And then I have to play Dark Souls, the more punishing little brother, because I refuse to let myself be spoiled for the sake of my story and ruin the gaming experience. And a third game that I just plain won't reveal.

That's going to take a while.
