I think I've grown used to the snail pace of the chapter releases.
A thing I've never had very clear about big successful authors-- is it really that stressing once you've got a full studios of assistants helping you? I get it might not be such a big staff in Prillya's case, so that has more of a freeway there, but Hunter X Hunter, one of Jump's biggest hits, should generate enough money that, even with the author himself being apparently half dead to do anything but playing videogames most of the time, should still have enough slave monkeys generating artwork that doesn't look like drunken sketches on a napkin in a semi regular basis.
I doubt Togashi has many assistants considering his release schedule. Even if he did, it's obvious he doesn't want other people to do his Manga, otherwise he would have gotten an artist to do it a long time ago. I've only ever heard about his wife helping him draw.

So OVA essentially confirmed for Carnival Phantasm-like fun.
There will be five episodes in total, released as one omnibus movie on July 14.
From confirmed episode titles there are:
"Kaleid Five"
"Extremely spicy ramen 〇〇 arc"
"The room of Dark Sakura"
Titles for other two episodes remain hidden for now.

Wow, wasn't expecting that. Was frankly expecting more loli french kisses/hijinks like the other OVAs but this could be pretty fun.
Seems like a decent way to cleanse one's soul after Lost Butterfly's dread and drama.
Apparently creators listened to fans suggestion regarding plot for OVA. Some of them were presented on panel:
- Ilya, Chloe and Miyu thinking about homosexuality, starting to draw lewd doujinshi based on own thoughts, before Chloe running off mana and girls ending in actual struggle.
- Mimi drowning in own fantasies, deeply thinking about who would be better match with Issei, whether "Illya's brother" or "Miyu's brother"
- Several Illyas from various world gathered together, making impossible tell who is original Prillya, leaving only on Kuro to recognize her via "tasting", while Miyu is watching.
- Everyone body swap.
- Illya and friend turns adult, while Rin and Luvia turns young
- Magical girl Fujimura-sensei
- Mahou mapo priest
While is unlikely that OVA would straight adapt those ideas, is at very least sure that creators will want live to some fans expectations. And judging by Kadowaki's and Katou's reactions on panel, there will be at least some degree of focus on mana transfering in some episode.
Also it looks like that, OP and ED will be character songs. So probably not remix of Super Affection here.
I'd love it if they brought in Magical Shiki from All-Around Type-Moon, but to say that's unlikely is an understatement.

Apparently, a new Prisma Illya was teased after the end credit of the OVA.
They showed Beatrix in her Thor form facing Illya with the to be continued text.

Well, another CM came out based on upload time. I guess it confirms that the Shirou in the OVA is Miyuverse's.
