Fate/stay night Realta Nua patch Title Screens

So it seems that the RN version of Fate/stay night has a multitude of different title screens, like the usual default blue one, one with the hill of swords, one that's completely black, one with the cherry blossoms, one with the Last Episode field, and so on, and the 4.2 RN PC patch contains those title screens. How does the game determine what title screen to show when? And if you already got the Last Episode title screen are you locked out from ever seeing the others again without save file manipulation?
