Well, more of her with Sakura than with any other character, yeah, but that's not exactly shocking given that a) they're master and servant and b) Rider's primary motivation is to protect Sakura. And there are still not enough.
The master x servant ship has always been the most popular, given also that it's always a male x female pairing. Rider and Sakura are of course a female pairing, but I guess the rule still applies.
Well, yeah, I guess the system of the Grail War makes Master/Servant ships easy to do. Still, I'd ship Shirou with Sakura over Shirou x Saber and Sakura x Rider. Rider can have Saber or something

Before you misunderstand, yes, Shirou x Sakura is also a canon pairing.
But Rin x Archer and Sakura x Rider aren't "canon pairings". The only canonical Master/Servant pairings are Shirou x Saber (in Fate) and Kuzuki x Soichirou.
Rider gets on the back of Saber's motorbike. Saber does her armour-mana burst thing. Rider is now in love.Rider can have Saber or something

Anyway, what I meant by that was all the master/servant pairs are canon (in their respective routes as well). But canon love pairings is a different story.
As I said in the past, I really only follow one pairing (Shirou x Saber), but there are other pairings that I don't mind seeing (like Rin x Archer or Sakura x Rider for instance).

it is my firm belief that regarding the ban of mike1984 I have been given insufficient reason for the affair and it's conclusion, further than this I feel that the light manner it has been treated in is appalling. It is my sincere hope that he is not regarded in the same way as actually malicious posters who have appeared on beast's lair or otherwise as a joke to be snickered at when spoken of in the future. I will not forget my friend or view him in the manner those in charge here have presented him and his actions, nor will I accept the situation as it stands where people snicker at him as if he were a joke.
