Now don't get me wrong, I've played this game, and enjoyed it pretty well... but...
Is it just me or does this just feel like a worse attempt at making Sengoku Rance?
I mean, while most of the Girls are GREAT... the focus on the more annoying ones (Himiko... how I wish I could kill you off) really annoys me, as well as not giving the actually interesting ones much spotlight.
and probably my main beef with the game... is how bland the protagonist is. >_<

Thank god that GOLD was much better (Way less Himiko), though it still left me... unsatisfied.
That said, too bad it's unlikely we'll never see GOLD translated.
I'm playing the original Eiyuu Senki and am completely unable to invade Gandhara. I've conquered all other cities of India and completed all available missions and have literally nothing to do but sit there and be invaded by India every turn. There are no missions in Gandhara. Have I missed something? Is this some sort of bug (I tried looking but it didn't seem like this was the case)? Am I just being an idiot?
So er, the heck am I supposed to do with the "1.03c" patch thingie after downloading it?

Just thought I'd bump this-- someone released an English patch for the original E*S on PC. Unfortunately, it seems they mostly just ripped it from the All Ages English version, so H-Scenes remain untranslated, but it seems playable at least.
yeah I saw that. I heard it was buggy as all hell though. like sprites missing, dialogue dropping in and out, entire scenes not playing or skipping...
...yeah...might want to wait until it gets updated.
