Oh man, Eiyuu Senki. Been a while since I think about this game. I never got to finish GOLD, now that I think about it; I liked how they ramped up the difficulty for that one.

For some reason, when I think of this game, the first thing that comes to mind is Benkei. She's a miracle of the universe, I want to protect that girl's smile. On the other side of the spectrum, Ywain. Ywain's hilarious.

But yeah, Ooyari Ashito's art's a bit of an acquired taste.

It wasn't that long ago on the GO thread I mentioned that long ago that I mentioned that one to many games of Eiyuu senki caused me to have a little vertigo whenever benkei showed up and wasn’t a hilariously OP catgirl

- hey onii-Chan, how we gonna beat the final boss?! Are we gonna work really hard for a hundred turns to raise all the armies to 20k troops, then fight a nigh hopeless battle that we win through the power of friendship?!

- that’s one idea himiko, but I was thinking I would give benkei the two swords, and that one thing that makes her go second behind a supercharge on turn one, and watch that problem take care of itself.

I was hoping for a bit more than the "Dark Land" of Africa. At the very least, we could have had a loli Anansi. Basically, an African version of Queen's Blade Spiral Chaos's Arane.

Yup. The game's yet to release, but that's exactly what it is. Gotta say I dig the new girls they've revealed thus far. I'm a sucker for Ryouma's fluffy hair, and Tancred looks like a badass.

Anyway, right now you can only roll the gacha 5 times and pick one.
