I think Shirou's going to be a bit distracted from any kind of romance due to suddenly having his body hijacked by his future self.
For the record, those that keep pushing pairings and shipping onto all fics go to the special hell of terrible fic writers.
It would be better to focus onto the identity crisis, since romance would be too murky anyway.
A romance should flow into the story, not become a black hole for everything else.

The identity crisis will obviously take precedence; it will also change him/them (i.e. Shirou or Archer or Shirou *and* Archer) and likely will be different than either of them - if they can keep their sanity.
I'm picturing something like HF's degradation of sanity/sense-of-self possibly happening.
