Uh why would Shirou have white hair here considering we know it was overuse of his Gradation Air magecraft, pushing his Magic Circuits beyond their limits, that caused him to have white hair and tanned skin?
Also you mentioned shipping RachelxShirou in this post for irony, but I have to really wonder how similar is her personality to Rin's, considering she has the same VA as Rin?
What role does the Church have in this fusion? Will Kotomine be working with Hazama or something?

Also since you mentioned that the Servants here use remnants of Legendary Tier weapons from the Nasuverse Heroic Age, how do Noble Phantasms as seen in OTL FSN compare to Nox Nyctores?
Considering the differences here, does Kiritsugu still have a past with the Einzberns? Will Shirou still find out he has a sister?

I'd say about the same, except like with the Nox Nyctores, there are drawbacks to using such things. The Legendary Tier Weapons have now been rebuilt with Ars Armagus Technology to try to emulate their once Legendary Power. Sadly their power is only half of its true effectiveness.
For Shirou, he has a special weapon in the form of a False Sankishin. False God-Slayer: Futsuno. I kinda stole this one from BMW Takumi Atsuta. Because I think it would fit right in with the other Nox Nyctores. The Sword so manly it cuts gods. With Lasers.
LASERS.
The Weapon was developed as a Top-Secret Collaboration between Kiritsugu, Rachel, and reluctantly Kokonoe. In case of many things, one of those including Terumi.

Somewhat. He is acting as the "Sword" of the Azure Grimoire inside his body. I don't know how that will work with Projecting Ars Arsmaguses. Still working out stuff.
