Halfway through this poll's time, I'd say it's fairly safe to say one of the Dynamic options will win. The main question is whether BL-tan will be included or not to me.

Regardless, I will stick by what I laid out: We will only skip the "round-off" if one option gets over 50%. That said, there's only one option that can do that realistically and it's dangerously close to that 50% absolute majority of votes.

Voted for the dynamic Type-Moon one as the static one doesn't really have a chance of winning and it feels kind of pointless to split votes like that now.

Well, with a bit over 24 hours to go, we can definitely tell where the vast majority of the forum lies: Right where I figured they would, wanting a dynamic banner and generally being fine if BL-tan pops up now and then.

• Nobody seems to care about a new BL-tan. Therefore, the old design is fine, it was just low-quality for 2012 standards due to compression and what-have-you.
• NAHTCUW is a brave man, but fighting a losing battle.
• So are the people hoping for a single, static image generally, as even though the BL-tan only and BL-tan/TM mix statics are third, they are vastly being outvoted by those wanting a dynamic banner.

To me, the only questions are the following:

1. Can the BL-tan/TM Dynamic mix clip that 50% threshold and win by absolute majority, saving us from another round of voting on "how to do it" and letting us get to a contest of entries?
2. If not, will one of the third-place choices (currently well behind both of the two frontrunners by 8 and 22 votes) distinguish themselves enough so I can safely pick a "third option" without pissing off some segment of the community?
