    Well, to me, 50% would also count as absolute majority unless there was one other option that also had 50%. Since that's obviously impossible with the way people have voted in this poll, it would count as absolute majority.

    Just to clarify, I would definitely prefer to have BL-tan stay as a part of our forum, in any way, shape or form, but I wouldn't mind having rotating banners at all. However, I would probably prefer if we had static-but-different banners around the forum depending on where you went, but I guess that would just mean more work to get it done.

    It's impossible with the way vBulletin is coded unless I make each forum have its own skin.

    And with the poll now having run its full course, we have a winner by absolute majority: A Dynamic banner with both BL-tan and Type-Moon characters allowed, which got 52% of the vote.

    I'll mull over and think over some rules to minimize the chances of it turning into a "popularity contest" but, of course, I also want to ensure there's plenty of high-quality entries, so it may take me a few days and some consultation.
