Yeah, that's true and I find it quite weird. I mean at least Shirley had KIND of a role.
I don't get how people become attached to characters who don't have any sort of story (beyond maybe a short bio) or emotional component at all. Like we had people being all ALICE IS GREAT I LOVE HER years ago when all we had on her was a picture and a CM blurb.

Joan of Arc is Joan of Arc and also is sexy. Also, she's one of the few actually balanced and interesting Sarvants to come out of Apocrypha.
Similarly, Shirley is sexy, has dat skin and also is cute. Plus, she's a tragic figure and appeared in the anime and stuff.
