I thought the scenes were just completely removed, in the case of the Eclipse sex scenes (which is kind of unfortunate because the Rin one was cute), and the Caren rape scene was replaced with a blood drinking scene?
So is Caren H-Alt scene found in Eclipse in the same place as the H one?

No idea. IIRC they just completely removed the sex scenes.
