Today is my mother's birthday and we just had family lunch. The dish was cozido (it's basically a stew with various vegetables, sausages and cuts of beef), and I ate like I never had a decent meal in my life.
Basically, today I'm this thread's antithesis.
Old coworker saw me for the first time in a few months. Said I'm looking a lot bigger, especially in my shoulders and arms. Got an ego so big it's a wonder I was able to fit it through the door.
But then I brought myself back to reality when I saw myself in a mirror and remembered that slightly larger than skeleton-thin is still pretty thin.

Lateral raises, be it with dumbbells or cables, and boxing workouts
An old roommate of mine had disproportionately big shoulders and spent pretty much all of his workouts doing cardio, lateral raises, overhead shoulder presses, pushups and bag work.
