Alright, this is actually gonna spoil tons of tons things in the story
    **SPOILER**
Basically, Aozaki Aoko messed up the time axis using the fifth magic with the remnants of TATARI and ended up creating a huge enough distortion that eventually cracks the space-time dimension and that's why we've got Kotomine Kirei and Gilgamesh coming back alive from the different timeline. To worsen things up, three of the main characters were summoned from their own universe along with Kiritsuki Yaminaka (Master of Assassin). So, to put it simply, the beginning of this paradox is no other than Aozaki Aoko herself.

Later in the story, by Kotomine Kirei's information,TATARI successfully created Angra Mainyu replica which manifested in the form of FUYUKI GREAT GRAIL . It manifested as the eight servant and would reach its peak along with the climax of TATARI's curse. To distract the others because Tohsaka Rin and Emiya Shirou from UBW scenario (another reason why I picked up UBW scenario) still didn't know how the grail worked. That's why the got trapped into thinking that there were another 6th Holy Grail War.

Kotomine Kirei soon took advantage of this to eventually create his 'masterpiece' but in the middle of the way, something went wrong and he ended up cooperating with Kiritsuki Yaminaka. Now, this is where the story begins to the climax. Kiritsuki Yaminaka basically succeeded in manipulating the whole event altogether with Kotomine Kirei to use TATARI's power.

As for the pairings, here we go:
Saber ==> Tohsaka Rin (Arthuria Pendragon)
Lancer ==> Kotomine Kirei (Cu Chulainn ==> dying bravely and tragic)
Archer ==> Kotomine Kirei (Gilgamesh ==> once again facing against Emiya Shirou)
    Rider ==> Akiha Vermillion (Medusa)

Berserker ==> Sion TATARI (Hercules ==> tainted by the curse of TATARI and Angra Mainyu)
Assassin ==> Kiritsuki Yaminaka ( ^_^ can you guess who is this guy first? It's certainly not Kiritsugu)

NOTE: If you really are curious about the identity of Assassin, >> he is actually Nanaya Kiri <<

As for how Akiha Vermillion and Sion TATARI managed to prolong their existence, this is related to the mechanism of Holy Grail. As TATARI perfectly brought Angra Mainyu The Tainted Holy Grail, it basically binded the one who became Masters until they died. So, there is a mutual symbiosis between the master and the servant. It is an identical situation between White Len and Nanaya Shiki from Melty Blood Actress Again/Act Cadenza.

Eventually, things started to get really really messed up and everyone's attention mostly focused on the ongoing Holy Grail War with Sion and Shiki the only one suspecting the presence of TATARI. Not only that, the three 'innocent' and 'unknowing' original characters anxiety were used by both Kotomine Kirei and Kiritsuki Yaminaka to produce something even more horrible than Angra Mainyu. A legendary creature from Norse Mythology, a dragon who gnaws on the root of Yggdrasil, Nidhoggr. You basically know that dragons are the strongest beast in Nasuverse right? ^_^

Since the beginning, it was actually Kotomine Kirei's intention to replay the Holy Grail War to oversee the birth of Angra Mainyu and thus, it would all be the same whoever master got eliminated. TATARI provided the cast characters while Kotomine Kirei simply acted as the director of the show. Much to Kotomine's surprise, there was Yaminaka just like the previous statement I've made.

Oh, for more important information... Archer (from Fate stay night) does appear in the story, however... He will act as a counter guardian because the combination of TATARI, Angra Mainyu, and mythical beast are more than enough to be reckoned as a threat toward humanity. And you pretty much understand how freaking important for a counter guardian to eliminate the first cause of this tragedy (Aozaki Aoko) and this will bring even more conflict with Tohno Shiki and Emiya Shirou.

The last but not least spoiler, you'll probably want to know each ability of my original characters:
-Ken : He is basically in the very beginning of his twenty. He was an ex-member of an organization protecting the balance of the world, an elite assassin NUMBER XIII from fifteen members. Should he start to be more serious, he will be on par with Ciel Class. His sword basically a unique armament capable of representing the state/personality of its wielder. Due to Ken's complex personality, he basically has 9 form of swords + 1 'sword' representing his true self.
I only plan for him to use the 2nd, 9th, and the last trumph card of him in this story.

Ken's 2nd sword can be split into 2 twin katanas or combined into one complete katana which enhances his speed, agility, reflexes, and strength into a certain extent. It represents the gap within his heart between him and his other 'persona'
Ken's 9th sword consisted of two swords burning white and black flame with unique property. It has lower firepower compared to excaliblast but its unique property and AoE makes it up the lack of firepower. The sword which produces burning white flame is very weak to damage anything physical severely but it is a good counter against direct energy blast and something non-physical, it's basically 'void' element imbued with 'fire' property. The other one which produces burning black flame has much much more firepower that will incinerate to the very last atom and basically scorches the existence of the target, it's basically 'fire' element imbued with 'void' property (the reverse with the other sword). These swords represent the true hidden personality sleeping inside of Ken.
The last trump card is actually pretty special. In Nasuverse's term, it's a reality marble (although works entirely different mechanism with RM). This is the result of Ken's personalities merged into single entity, a result of self acceptance that will eventually be reflected to the outer world. As Ken's true element is void, the world reflected b y his inner world is void as well. If he activates this trump card, "World of Nothingness", both him and his opponent will be t aken into his inner world. It's not really a place nor another dimension. It's bas ically nowhere. It solely reflects the nothingness inside of Ken. Inside this world, floating particle of pure energy gathers everywhere which will absorb any direct energy blast into oblivion (excaliblast included) and any form of spellcasting will be canceled out instantly. It will also cancel out anything any spell casted previously or any form of buff. Any form of magical energy will instantly vaporize due to the diffent potential with the pure energy. Please note his ability is NOT rewriting reality.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-Ron : He is an ordinary human with little sister complex, a physical education high school teacher with gloomy past slightly older than Ken. He is pretty much ordinary beside his stunningly exceptional martial arts skills and energy reactor inside his body.

If you read closely to the minor detail in chapter 1, you'll find his hands were both wrapped in bandage even though he wasn't injured. The bandage functions as a limiter because his body is 'weird' in a sense it changes any form of energy he receives i nt o u sable magical energy (mana/prana/od/whatsoever) storing it inside his body. If his bo dy reaches the maxiumum amount possible to store, it will keep producing and eventually breaking his body apart or he will die of exhaustion. It will later explain why eats up so much because he needs to replenish his energy periodically before he turns his own 'life force' into pure magical energy. A heretic, yes?

Another interesting trait of him is the fact that he possesses exceptional martial arts skills because extreme life he needed to undergo in the past. You can compare him to Sasaki Kojirou's exceptional swordsmanship only he doesn't use sword. Fighting melee against Ron is pretty much suicidal.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-Seth : Now, how should I start for this guy...? He's pretty much an IMBA character, possessing high regeneration skill, a replica of Longinus Lance which capable of inflicting severe damage if not killing gods/divine entities. His maximum energy storages is insanely high with exceptional skills in wielding a spear/lance. After all, he's the one in charge of leading the organization Ken used to work. He is a monster amongst monsters and Number I both literally and symbolically from the 15 elite assassins. (Remember, Ken is Number XIII)

However, the biggest threat against him is his manipulative ability in space and dimension almost reaching perfect alteration and manipulation. He could bend space into a certain extent and his skills with lance/spear are ridiculous.
His maximum output will cause enough damage to destroy a small island or even more.

So, how in the world will I make Seth relatively weak? don't worry ^_^ we have lots of choices from Gilgamesh, Lancer, Berserker, Saber, Caster, and tons of characters to gangbang him. Nah, he'll die if two servants are after him anyway... He's after all a human.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-Kiritsuki Yaminaka : This guy is a troublesome one. His wit and brain are simply ludicrous. He is able to literally connect someone with another one combining the abilities altogether. Example: Berserker connected with Saber, then Saber will have all Berserker skills even God Hand and Berserker will be given all Saber skills including her instinct which almost reaches the level of precognition.

He's not an evil guy like Kirei. In fact, he's the otherwise. He simply seeks the meaning of humanity ugly existence. He really wants an answer whether sincerity exists or not, whether a relationship between a human with another is unique. 'Can we love our enemies the same way we love our beloved person?' literally haunts his feeling. He is also obsessed with the ugliness of humans in dangerous situation. He wants to bring out the true nature of humanity through suffering and sees whether the beauty of humanity will still exist or not once humanity is on the verge of death and despair.

Someone who manages to outwit Seth, Ken, and Ron all at once. A mastermind with brutality surpassing Kotomine Kirei although he is not that good in fighting one on one but his skills and strategy can cause a reverse in dire situation. His method of attacks is the use of directive energy blast to cause an explosion and martial arts into a certain degree. He also possesses a unique trait of neutral elements without any inclination.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    **SPOILER END**

So basically that's the idea of the story...

    Chapter 2 - Prelude Upon Destruction -

    @omegasonic1005
    Your welcome ^_^
I do intend to do so after finishing the whole thing here in Beast Lair and the story...
Thanks for your support, I'm doing my best!
    ================================================== ===============================

    CHAPTER 2 -Prelude Upon Destruction-

    Act 1 -Sunday Morning-
The clock in the dining room of Tohno’s Mansion is pointing at eight.
The dining room inside of Tohno Mansion is occupied by eccentric bunch of people coming from different places.

An alchemist of Atlas, Sion Eltnam Atlasia is sitting on in one of the rear end of the dining table.
A first rate magus and high school student in her senior year, Tohsaka Rin, is sitting on in the other side of the table.
An ironic forever third rate magus and hero-wannabe, Emiya Shirou, is sitting next to Tohsaka Rin.
The last but not least, the King of Knights, Saber, is sitting next to Emiya Shirou near the alchemist girl Sion Eltnam Atlasia.

The breakfast is in Japanese style consisted of miso soup, minced meat, a grilled fish, perfectly steamed white rice, and green tea, neatly positioned in plates.

Each of these fascinating cuisines is orchestrated by an unlicensed master chef, Emiya Shirou without any external force to help him around. The arrangement of the table setting is professionally done and even tiny details such as the spoon and chopsticks position are well placed not to be overlooked.

The master chef, Emiya Shirou adds another plentiful amount of rice into his bowl. This is already his second round and he seems to enjoy his well-made piece of art.

The king of knights casually tastes the miso soup gently using her spoon.
“This is to be expected from Shirou’s first class food. The taste is in full harmony.”

    “Ah, you’ll be a fine housewife, Emiya-kun…”
This is still in the morning and the devil Tohsaka Rin has already begun her mischievous deed.

Emiya Shirou simply ignores the assault of the devil and digs his bowl even faster.
“Emiya-san, you’re really good at cooking and… you have an extremely healthy appetite as well.”

Sion’s eyes are still fixed at the heavenly meal before her. This is a rare case for her to find a boy who cooks brilliantly for the first time of her whole lifetime.

“Fufufu… This is still nothing compared to what Shirou is capable of performing, Sion-san. He is worthy to be entitled as the best master chef I have ever known.”
“Saber-san seems to be fond of Emiya-san’s cooking, yes?”
Saber nods briefly as a sign she is in a good mood.
In reality, the King of Knights is a simpleton who gluttonously eats anything tastes good to fill her stomach for good.

    “Ah, look, Emiya-kun is blushing…”
The second punch from the devil Tohsaka Rin strikes Emiya Shirou in a critical place.
    “Cough… Tohsaka…”
“What is it, Emiya-kun?” Tohsaka Rin shows her gentle gesture interpreted as a challenge for Emiya Shirou to handle.
“No—nothing…” Relentlessly, Emiya Shirou endures the storms of compliments coming from the devil Tohsaka Rin simply for her own amusement.

“Shirou, there is no need for you to be so humble…” Saber takes another bite of the minced meat using her chopsticks.

“S—stop it, Saber. It’s not like I’m a chef you know. Anyway…” Emiya Shirou gulps a cup of green tea next to his already empty bowl. “Where is Tohno? It’s not good to skip breakfast, don’t you think so?”
Emiya Shirou successfully uses the absence of Tohno Shiki to avert an oncoming disaster for him.

No matter where or when, as long as he is being close to the devil Tohsaka Rin, danger always lurks around him.

    “Shiki? He’s probably sleeping, Emiya-san…”
Sion masticates the food on her mouth delicately, literally indicating her enjoyment.
“Should I go wake Tohno, then?”
Emiya Shirou finishes his meal hurryingly.

In truth, this is an excuse for him to escape from the grasp of Tohsaka Rin.

“Uhm, sure… I’ll clean up the dishes for you, Emiya-kun.”

“Eh…? Sure, thanks Tohsaka…” Emiya Shirou tilts his head in confusion.
There is only one in ten cases where Tohsaka Rin helps Emiya Shirou, but when she does want to help, Tohsaka Rin always does the things perfectly.
    “That would be helpful, Tohsaka…”

Standing up, Emiya Shirou leaves the dining room and goes forward to the east hall where Tohno Shiki is supposed to be.
In the middle of the relaxed atmosphere, Sion suddenly stands up.
“Tohsaka-san, would you mind if I help you with the chores?”

For Sion, this is the very first time someone is cooking for her a very good meal and that’s why she wants to express her utmost gratitude by lending her hand even if it is such a small thing like washing the dishes.

Tohsaka Rin with her mouth agape is frozen by the Sion’s offer.
“Su—re, that will be more fun and efficient if two people are working together anyway, Sion-san…”
Leaving several leftovers and an empty plate for Tohno Shiki, both Tohsaka Rin and Sion are heading toward the kitchen.

    ********

Emiya Shirou is walking slovenly and his posture palpably denotes his discomfort for something.
The distance of the eastern hall is obviously not very far from the dining room relatively, but Emiya Shirou’s footsteps are getting heavier and heavier from time to time. He tries his best to walk as slow as possible.

    However—,

Without even him realising it, he finally arrives at the end of the eastern hall and there is a doorknob next to him waiting to be opened.

“Gosh, why does he have to be so late in the first place?”

Emiya Shirou steps forward. He raises his arm prepared to knock on the door vigorously.
    “Here we go, Tohno…”

    Knock. Knock. Knock. Knock.
    Knock. Knock. Knock. Knock.

Emiya Shirou knocks on the door gently but there is no respond coming inside.
“Oi— Tohno, wake up. Your breakfast is ready…”
No one answers and the only voice heard is Emiya Shirou’s only.

The eastern hall is as empty as always with its magnificent decoration, leaving Emiya Shirou dumbfounded in front of Tohno Shiki’s room.

    Knock. Knock. Knock. Knock.

“Tohno, if you don’t wake up, I’ll come inside…”
Again, there is no reply expected coming from Tohno Shiki.

“Sigh…” Emiya Shirou shrugs and sighs. “I’m coming inside…”
Emiya Shirou rotates the doorknob and pushes the door forward gently.

Inside the room, there is only a huge bed with Tohno Shiki on it, a drawer for clothes, and a simple desk. The room is too modest in mismatch against the magnificent Tohno Mansion. A simple window is the only decoration to give better impression besides the blankness of white painted wall.

There, Tohno Shiki is sleeping profoundly. His innocent face clearly indicates he has no idea of what is happening.
Unmoving even for an inch, the aura Tohno Shiki produces is one of a kind similar to a sleeping charming prince in fairy tales.

“This guy… He really has a talent to sleep.”
Emiya Shirou draws closer and closer to the bed.

Just like that, he peels off the blanket over Tohno Shiki’s body fiercely.
    “Wake up, Tohno!”
“Uhm, just give me five more minutes, Hisui…”
“Hisui…? Who the hell was that?”
Tohno Shiki curls up his body embracing his own body to produce enough warmth.

“Hey, the breakfast is ready Tohno…”
    “Uhm, three more minutes, Hisui…”
Tohno Shiki answers in a natural fashion as if he’s being an answering machine.

“Heh, this is going to be troublesome…”
Emiya Shirou clenches his fist and raises his arm up in the air. His stance shows murderous intent and there is no doubt he is going to inflict pains upon Tohno Shiki.
“Brace yourself, Tohno… I’ve learnt this from Tohsaka and this is awfully effective. One…”

    The countdown begins—

    “Two… Three!”
Emiya Shirou’s clenched fist hammers down gallantly striking Tohno Shiki’s guts.

    “IT HURTS!!!!!”
After that, there is only a scream echoing through the eastern hall produced by Tohno Shiki.
That is truly, a secret technique given by the devil which Emiya Shirou imitates perfectly.

    ********

Plates over plates are piled up neatly in their previous place and the previous untidiness has been cleaned up by two people.

Tohsaka Rin is washing the last empty plate in the sink while Sion is wiping the last glass casually.
It has been fifteen minutes since the two started to clean the kitchen and the dirty dishes. Yet, Emiya Shirou hasn’t come back to help around.

“Well, this will be the last one, Sion-san…”
Tohsaka Rin turns off the faucet and dry her hands with a ragged towel.

“Tohsaka-san was the one who did the majority. I only helped a bit.”
“Please don’t say such a thing, Sion-san. After all, it’s thanks to you that I could finish up in fifteen minutes… And by the way…” Tohsaka Rin puts her finger on her lips. “Emiya-kun hasn’t come back yet, has he?”
“No, he hasn’t. But as far as I know, Tohsaka-san… Shiki is not a morning person and it is very tough to wake up.”
“No wonder…” Tohsaka Rin only sighs.

    “May I ask you a question, Tohsaka-san?”
    “Sure, what’s the matter, Sion-san?”
Sion is briefly silent thinking the most efficient way to put her thoughts in a inoffensive sentence.
“As you can see, Akiha is not present. How long do you intend to stay here in Misaki?”
“Ah, actually…” Tohsaka Rin’s face expresses something problematic and her hands doesn’t stop fidgeting. “I’ve planned to stay for two weeks but… if nothing major happens here… Emiya-kun, Saber, and I would probably go back to our hometown Fuyuki on Tuesday.”
    “I see…”

“You look so disappointed, Sion-san. Do you wish for us to go back soon so that you could have quality time together with Tohno-san?” Tohsaka Rin flashes out her devilish grin.
The words hit Sion in the face and she can’t deniably hide her embarrassment anymore.
“N—no, of course not, Tohsaka-san! That’s not what I’m thinking!”
The devil Tohsaka Rin only chuckles.
“Fufufu, no need to be so nervous, Sion-san. It’s only a joke you know… But if you really had something for Tohno-san, that would be totally different story.”
“That kind of thing is—certainly false! There is nothing between Shiki and I. Absolutely nothing at all, Tohsaka-san!”
    “Oh really?”
“W—Well, let’s not inquire this kind of topic any further…”
“If you say so. Rest assured, I’ll make sure to shut up, Sion-san.”

Just like that, Tohsaka Rin and Sion both are chatting for no special purpose.
The calmness of ordinary life, the joy of merely living without external intrusions…
These are merely an illusion for both Tohsaka Rin and Sion Eltnam Atlasia.

    Even so—

There is no sin in enjoying this kind of life, isn’t there?
The fleeting moment is now a part of another beautiful memories for both and surely the memories will go on inside their each respective heart.

    ********

The dining room of Tohno Mansion is now filled by someone’s presence in unbearable state of pain whereas the morning sunlight pierces the transparent looking glass of every window irradiating the entire room with both warmth and light.
On the dining table located in the center of the room, there are several plates filled with left over minced meat, miso soup, a bowl full of rice, and a cup of green tea ready to eat. The chairs are all empty except for one located at one side of the table.

Tohno Shiki, holding his aching stomach, is struggling to digest his cold breakfast. He only frowns and sulks because it is his own stupidity which causes him in the state he is in now.

But still, he considers what Emiya Shirou did to him was an overkill.

“Damned Emiya, that’s not the way to wake up someone nicely…”
Tohno Shiki slurps his bitter cold green tea vehemently.

    “Shiki…”

Before Tohno Shiki, is Sion preparing her stuff to leave somewhere.

“Eh…? Sion…? Where are you going?”
“Just visiting an old friend, Shiki…”

Shiki continues on munching his meal.

“Is that so? What time do you plan to come back here then?”
“I’m not really sure, Shiki. According to my calculation, it will not pass eight o’clock.”
Sion is blushing and almost completely caught off guard.

“Have a safe trip then, Sion.”
Sion turns her back and smiles.
    “Of course, Shiki…”

Just like that, the alchemist girl Sion is disappearing after her sudden appearance from the sight of Tohno Shiki who is still enjoying his meal all alone in the dining room of Tohno Mansion.

    Act 2 -Another Morning Story-
Morning breaks and sunlit replaces the grace of moonlit night through the window in the room. The air feels rather cold because of the air conditioner.

There inside the bathroom located at the right side of the entrance door exists a person without any piece of clothing attached onto his body.

The man is taking a very hot shower and the condensed water turns into thin white haze. There is a mark on the upper part of his left chest, a tattoo which consists of a roman letter of x and number three besides him.

How long has he been taking a shower? The man doesn’t realised he has been showering himself for more than twenty minutes. He just likes the sensation of hot water gently caressing every inch of his skin.

Finally, he turns the shower off and quickly grabs the towel beside him.

The haze still remains and the previous warmth of hot water is still present inside.
The man wipes his body clean and wears his clothes casually.
The man opens the door knob of the bathroom and walks out. He presses the switch to turn off the light inside.
His eyes are fixed at a bundle of unknown objects located on the sofa next to a blonde man he is very familiar with.

    “Seth, what is that thing?”
“Ah, this?” Seth takes the unknown objects and raises it up a little bit up. “This is piece of new clothes for us including underwear enough for two weeks so we can do the laundry. Do you really intend to wear the same clothes every day, XIII?”
“Of course not. As expected from you, Seth… But, how did you get these clothes?”
“Do you really wish to know the method used? Any further information is deemed unnecessary, XIII…”
Ken simply shakes his head and cancels his question.
    “Nah, it’s fine Seth…”
“You are very understanding, XIII.” Seth seeps a cup of coffee on his hand.

“You arrange, the breakfast as well? Good grief, I thought we were going to starve to death… but—“ Ken halts as if doubting something. “Don’t you think Ron is going to disagree with your method, Seth?”
“That Green Head? Worry not, XIII. In the end, he needs supply as well…”

“Ah, I guess, you’re right… so, where is he? The moment I woke up, both of you had already gone somewhere.” Ken sits on the bed leisurely and outstretches his legs.
“I have no idea, XIII… When I asked him where he was going to he simply said that it was none of my business so I didn’t inquire any further.” Seth stands up and puts his empty cup on the table. Then, he turns his face toward Ken. “Do you want to stroll around the town, XIII?”

“Where?” Ken tilts his head and frowns focusing his eyes on Seth.
“To familiarize with the city of course, XIII… It will save us trouble at night.” Seth walks toward the entrance door.

“Hey wait, Seth! Aren’t you going to bring those things along?” Ken points out the wrapped lance and his huge sword resting on the table.
“Oh, it will not be necessary as I believe the daylight is relatively safe. Additionally, it will attract the attention of myriads of people.”

“Don’t you think the cleaning service will be troubled if they find these kind of things on the table?”
Seth closes his eyes and shrugs.
“Your concern is very reasonable, XIII. But I have put everything in preparation and we will not have to face preventable problems and please refrain yourself from asking the method I chose.”
    “Understood, Seth.”

After a short reply, Ken stands up and follows Seth outside the room. They leaves the room empty and their first adventure in Misaki in the daylight finally begins.

    ********

The main street in Misaki is overcrowded in the daylight as there are a lot of activities and work of the citizens. Cars are passing by and trains are leaving from time to time. Along this main street, there are several shopping district and theatres as the main attraction of entertainment in Misaki. Several workplaces and agencies are at service to seek customers and to gain money.

This day, the sky of Misaki’s main street is clear blue with little clouds unblocking the ray of sunlight. Therefore, the temperature is harshly hot and it will reach its highest at twelve o’clock.

Inside one of the busy shopping district, there is a man serving customers receiving orders in the cashier at one of the fast-food restaurant.

“Yes, Sir. Is this all of your order, Sir?”
The man, with a scar running below his left eye across his cheeks puts a commercial fabricated friendly smile on his face.
“Yes, Thank you very much, Ron, isn’t it?” The customer pays a closer attention to the nametag of this strange employee.
“Ah, that is correct, Sir.” Ron formally replies his customer wholeheartedly.

    “How much is it?”
“That would be seven hundred and twenty yen in total, Sir.”
“Ah, here is the money…” The customer gives one thousand yen in nominal.
“Here is you change and the receipt, Sir. Please visit us again and enjoy your meal.” Ron gives the ordered menu to the customer.

The customer leaves satisfied and Ron wipes his forehead.
“Huh, this is a damned good exercise.” Ron simply smirks sarcastically.

The entrance door of the restaurant opens up and another bunch of customers are coming.
Amongst them, someone familiar is noticed and at that very moment, Ron’s eyes are widened up in anxiety.

Tohno Shiki is sitting casually in the lobby of Tohno Mansion.

The main lobby itself is fascinatingly tremendous in size as it is being hollow up to the second floor. It even has a windowed ceiling to let sunlight entering the room in the morning. There are two huge stairways leading to the second floor with each directed to the east and west hall of the second floor respectively. In addition to this, there is even a doorway leading straight to the central garden. This is indeed a grand entrance of Tohno Mansion.

Tohsaka Rin is walking down the stairway along with Emiya Shirou who puts on an obvious sulking face. Emiya Shirou, is ‘persuaded’ by Tohsaka Rin with ‘extra force’ as a guarantee. There is nothing he can do once Tohsaka Rin does it in the hardcore way.

“Tohsaka… Why in the world do you ask me to go with you?”
“Because I need my guardian or perhaps servant to ensure my safety? That IS you, Emiya-kun.”

“What about Saber? She’s a better candidate for this, Tohsaka.”
“But it’s more efficient energy wise, Emiya-kun. You need less mana than Saber to operate anyway…” Tohsaka’s beaming face is out of synch with her murderous intent.
“Guh, fine then…” Emiya Shirou pouts and he averts his gaze.

After several steps, Tohsaka Rin and Emiya Shirou finally reach the first lobby where Tohno Shiki is waiting impatiently.

“Sorry for the wait, Tohno-san.” Tohsaka Rin smiles apologetically.
“Nah, that’s fine by me, Tohsaka-san. Eh…?” Tohno Shiki turns his gaze at a certain somebody next to Tohsaka Rin with cynical face. “Emiya? You’re tagging along as well?”
“It’s not that I want to go. Damned you, Tohno—getting my nerves on already…” Emiya Shirou scowls and grimaces sardonically.

The air is solidifying and the gravity is twice heavier from the leakage of Tohno Shiki homicidal impulse.
On the other hand, violent gale is blazingly raging around by the aggression emitted from Emiya Shirou.

“Gosh, this is still in the morning…” Tohsaka Rin only mutters whining. “Emiya-kun, Tohno-san, please stop this kind of childish behaviour…”

But, not even words of Tohsaka Rin could possibly reach the determination of two men destined to quarrel each other.
God of Death, Tohno Shiki with Seventh Moon on his grasp ready to show a glimpse of death itself…

Wielder of Thousands Blades, Emiya Shirou with 27 magic circuits on specialized in blade creation…
“Give me three seconds, Tohsaka-san. I’ll give this guy a very good lesson…”
“I have a score to settle with him, Tohsaka. I allow anyone to beat me as long as it’s not this guy…”

By pure impulse, Tohno Shiki is preying on Emiya Shirou as if a wolf on a hunt…
By solid determination, Emiya Shirou is facing Tohno Shiki with innumerable weapons set to destroy…
“Are you ready, Emiya? I’ll show you what it means to kill things…”
“Tohno Shiki, do you have enough lives at your disposal?”

“Okay…” Tohsaka Rin inhales deep enough to fill her lungs at full capacity. “STOP THIS ALREADY!”
A shout of another different beast.
Tohsaka Rin’s level of brutal strength is far surpassing the other two males before her. Her triumph is guaranteed for sure.

    “Guh!”
    “Tch!”
Emiya Shirou and Tohno Shiki are both trapped in silence.

The tense produced by these two are constantly suppressed by Tohsaka Rin’s anger.
“Now that you two have calmed down… Let’s go, shall we…?”
Tohsaka Rin’s eyes are glaring coldly and her vicious smile is exceedingly wicked for both the God of Death and Wielder of Thousands Blades.

“Of course, Tohsaka! We’re best friend after all, best friend…” Emiya Shirou is embracing Tohno Shiki and slaps Tohno Shiki’s back full of friendly spirit.
“T—that’s right, Tohsaka-san. Emiya and I get along very w—well…” Tohno Shiki is sweating hard and gladly accepts the weird spontaneous made up act by Emiya Shirou.

“…” Tohsaka Rin doesn’t comment any further and she is leaving behind both of them.

    “Tch, don’t touch me, Emiya…”
    “What was that, Tohno?”

Just before the atmosphere goes back into dead air, something vicious is setting eyes on both of them full of malicious emotion.

    “…”
    “…”

Asking no question, moving without unnecessary movement, drawing their bodies up, and walking like a soldier, both Tohno Shiki and Emiya Shirou are.

Both are in silent agreement before the devil Tohsaka Rin and both are pathetically helpless about it.
There is no doubt, Tohsaka Rin manages to end the needless feud between the two men.

Thus, the adventure of these three in Misaki begins…
Leaving a certain blonde girl alone in the huge residence of Tohno…

    ********

Ron, is startled by the sight before him. Amongst the crowd he is unfamiliar with, someone resembling the mysterious teenage student who he met previously is standing before him.
Without a doubt, this customer in front of him now has the exactly similar face with the mysterious teenage student except he wears glasses and looks much friendlier.

    “Uhm… my order…?”
“Ah, sorry… here is your order, Sir…”
After his blank state of mind, Ron is simply looking at this customer intensely without even blinking an eye. He hands over the meal toward this customer with a stern face. Worse, his hostility is brought out little by little.

“Excuse me, Sir… Have we met before somewhere?”
“Uhm…?” The customer is thinking hard enough but his innocent façade says it perfectly. “I guess not… Sorry, perhaps you’re mistaken with someone else…”

“Ah, that’s right… please forgive my previous rude behaviour, Sir.” Ron bows down showing his deepest apology.
“It’s fine… It’s fine…” The customer smiles and leaves immediately.

    “Hey, Tohno-san! Over here!!”
    “I’m going there, Tohsaka-san.”

A girl with twin pigtails wearing red shirt and black short skirts is calling the enigmatic customer.

“Tohno, isn’t it?” Ron closes his eyes briefly.

Act 3 -A Certain Midday Tale-
Two men are walking inside a huge shopping district aimlessly.
The crowds are surrounding them like a swarm and people are passing by within each second.

The building looks unbelievably sophisticated with its up-to-date design consisted of modern escalator and several lifts for convenience and limitless shopping counters to pick on. There are window glass everywhere to see the transparent blue sky in the daytime and the area is vastly huge.

It will not be a mere joke to say that it will require more than six hours to full explore this place alone.

“What in the world is this, Seth?”
“Don’t ask me, I have no idea. However, this town is certainly a lively one, XIII.”

    Ken and Seth…
Both have been strolling around the town for more than two hours around this boundless area.

“I’m tired though, Seth… We’ve been moving around without any particular reason and suddenly we’re already here.”
“Ah, I believe so, XIII. It’s probably around lunchtime now.”
Ken is unbelievably happy by Seth’s words. His head keeps nodding full of light and hopes.
    “Let’s have lunch then!”

Seth is looking around the nearest place to buy food.
His eyes are ones of the eagle searching for its prey.

“That way, XIII…” Seth is pointing his index finger into an average sized room caged by huge window glass with several advertisements attached onto it.

Without a moment of hesitation, Ken is dashing through the entrance door ahead of Seth.
His empty stomach is mercilessly guiding him to any source of food available and just like an airhead he accepts its guidance.

In less than ten seconds, Ken arrives in front of the cashier.
    However—

    “Eh…?”
    “Wh—at the…?”

A man before him is simultaneously reacting with him in a rather same manner. Both are pointing out at each other and both of their eyes are opening to their maximum extent. Their jaws are hanging widely in the air and just like that, there are freezing in time.

“So, this is what you’re doing, Green Head? What a nobleman act indeed.” Appearing in between, Seth is commenting ruthlessly.
“Guh— You as well…?” Ron’s movement is suspended on its own.

“Then, Mr. Waiter, a hamburger and two packs of french-fries please. Oh, make it supersized!” Ken breaks the ice.
“For me, I’d have a waffle and hotdog please. And Mr. Waiter… Make it quick, you don’t want to make your customers waiting for an extended period of time, do you?”

An abusive comment is no matter what still abusive.
Ron as the one who serves cannot make a payback at the moment.

Should he give in to his temper, his career would be finished in no time. Therefore, he needs to endure this torture for at least until these troublesome customers out of his sight.

Who could have guessed for him to meet a bunch of wearisome people coming unremittingly from time to time?
First, he faced someone identical in appearance with the mysterious teenage student who got his nerves on beforehand.
Now, out of the most problematic people with messed up personalities, these two people in front of him are ordering him around.

“Hey, just how long do you plan to stand up dumbfounded, Green Head?”
“Urgh… This guy…” Ron is trembling hard.
“Ho…? You really are the worst Green Head. You can’t even take a simple order coming from an ordinary customer without making him complain of how terrible your service is.”
Seth is baiting him for his own amusement. His smile is bitter and merciless leaving no room for Ron to slack around literally.

“Ah, please wait for a moment, Sir…”
    A clear forced smile.
Ron’s muscles are contracting in every inch of his body and blood is being pumped thrice the normal rate supplied by oxygen for a full-throttle.

On the other hand, the baiter Seth is on standby. He is soothingly waiting for the tiger before him bursting out of nowhere.

    How long will it take?
That doesn’t even concern Seth for a tiny bit. He is fully aware of how short-tempered a green haired man named Ron truthfully is.

One can see the tiger will pounce to the trap of the hunter soon enough.
The difference between their intellect is probably far enough.
Yet, the long awaited reaction never comes.

The tiger, Ron is set to hold his wrath deep down inside by pure will and resilient fortitude. Not even tempted by the trap being set by the hunter Seth, the tiger is slowly fading into oblivion.

    “Here is your order, Sir!”
The counter is slightly shaking by the force put into it.

“Thank you very much, Mr. Waiter. How much does it cost?”
Ken is oblivious to the flawless master plan which Seth is setting in motion. He simply destroys Seth’s last stronghold unconsciously.
“That will be one thousand three hundred and fifty yen, Sir.”
Ken swiftly brings the money out of nowhere.

“Thank you very much, Sir. Now…” Ron turns his face toward the hunter, Seth.
“Tch… How much does it cost for me, waiter?”
“That will be precisely five thousand yen for you, Sir.”
Ron is smiling with his deepest sincerity to avenge his previous suffering.

    “Wh—at?”
“These are your order, aren’t they?”

Before Seth is numerous kind of food ranging from pasta, burgers, and hotdogs which he certainly didn’t ask for.

    “…”
“What’s the matter, Sir? You don’t have enough money, do you Sir?”

The situation is changed for sure.
The previous victim successfully turns the table around. The hunters are hunted now and there is no escape available.

“What a joke… I have to pay all of this, Green Head?”
“I shall repeat, Sir. If you don’t have enough money, you don’t deserve to eat Sir. But either way, Sir… according to the rules, any preserved order cannot be cancelled out.”
    “…”

Admitting his defeat, Seth is handing five thousand yen cash. His eyes are sincerely resenting the green haired man before him, Ron. His perfect traps are now backfiring at him and his misjudgment terrifyingly brings severe consequence for him.

“Thank you for your order, Sir. Please DO NOT VISIT US again in the future.”
Ron smiles sarcastically with dreadful eyes aimed directly toward Seth.

“Ah, I’ll accept your recommendation then, waiter. Who in the world wants to eat in a restaurant where the waiter couldn’t even possibly listen properly to the customer.”
“We need no suggestion from a customer who is hard to pay, Sir. Farewell.”

Just like that, this round the champion is Ron who outwits Seth by his instinct and survival skills.
The only one and only who enjoys the meal contently is no other than the airhead, Ken.

The empty Tohno Mansion is being abandoned by its residents with a certain blonde girl in exception.
In the central garden of Tohno Mansion, the girl is sitting in a chair enjoying her tea.
The atmosphere is soothing and the air is warmth.

Saber, the blonde girl infamously known as the King of Knights, is relaxing in the middle of lazy afternoon.
She is looking around the scenery only to find nothing but beautiful arranged flowers and fancy decorations inside the garden.

“I never knew such a beautiful place existed in the first place… If only…”
‘—I could rewind history to prevent that thing from occurring…’
Saber simply doesn’t continue her overflying thoughts through her words.

“Do I still have repentance deep down inside my own conscience?”

Saber previously rejects the invitation of Tohsaka Rin to accompany her walking around Misaki.
That is for this reason alone, she merely needs time to relieve her own mind when her nostalgic distant memories are coming out of the blue.

This girl before us is not Saber, she is an incarnation of the legendary king of Britain, Arthuria Pendragon.
Her elegance, her honourable acts of chivalry, and her flawless swordsmanship generally reflect her inner struggles of guilt and low self-esteem.

‘The king has protected his country but the country betrays him…’
That is her resolve and the only fact which keeps her on moving in the present era.

    However—,

Her heart is still lingering at the distant Utopia inside her dream. Her mind as a king is still denying the fact that it simply can’t be helped.

The golden sword of election brings a verdict for her to be a king. That is a fact and a reality she needs to accept.
Unsettling, that is why, Saber… Arthuria is persistently staying.

She wants to observe the life of a boy who mirrors a glimpse of her tragic life till the very end.

What will the boy think of her way of life? What is the meaning of her dream? What is the meaning of her duty as a king?
‘How long are you going to hold on to that foolish wish of yours, Saber?’ Someone’s voice is still echoing inside her head.
A voice identical to the boy who yields the same dreams with her and yet more twisted and cynical in a way…

The end of the journey that will eventually be reached by the boy.

Will he end up the same thing with that man? Will his resolve be tainted by betrayals after betrayals for all eternity?
Saber remains speechless. Her sole purpose is to attain the answer at the end of the tunnel. An answer that will take years and years for the boy to reach his own conclusion.

The boy regained his answer and lost his answer at the same time, back then.
Saber firmly believes on the boy that the end will eventually be beautiful, that her wish is a dream worth to yield.

“Shirou…” Saber mutters her trembling voice.
She bites her lips to prevent her saddening face out and her hands are shaking gently.

This is a secret that no one ever knows, that Saber both as herself and Arthuria admires the beauty of that boy’s ideal.
To protect the lives of innocent people, to save many without sacrificing the minority...

Even so, she can’t let her jumbled feelings to be conveyed. This is mainly her own concern and her wait will be meaningless once her resolve is shaken.

Looking up at the cloudless sky, Saber’s mind is beyond reach for anyone at this moment.
“Until you give me the answer coming out from your own lips… I shall be watching over you, Shirou… That noble wish of yours… allow me for once to hath a closer look upon thee…”

Strength is returning inside the body of Saber and her wavering heart regains the calm once more.

The end is probably not a happy one… The result will eventually cost a high price to pay for her…
But, the journey itself will probably be a beautiful tale worth to foresee…

    Act 4 -First Evening Dissonance-
Tohsaka Rin is walking down the main street of Misaki.

Next to her left is no other than a certain red haired boy, Emiya Shirou.
Next to her right is without a doubt a certain slacking student, Tohno Shiki.

“So, Tohsaka-san, how is it? Do you enjoy staying over in Misaki?” Tohno Shiki starts the conversation out of nowhere with one of his eyes closed and one of his hand slipped inside a pocket on his trousers.
“Well, Misaki is a beautiful city. I really have a quality time here.” Tohsaka Rin smiles radiantly on her gleaming face.
“Really? I’m glad you enjoy your stay over here, Tohsaka-san…”
“It can’t be helped, Tohno-san… After all, Akiha-san is not present…”

Tohno Shiki shrugs and chuckles in such an ironic way.

“Yeah, it will be lonely for me as well without Akiha around…”
Tohno Shiki’s eyes reflect of how much he truly misses Tohno Akiha deep down inside. After all, living inside that huge mansion alone is too much for him to handle.

“You seem to get along very well with your Akiha-san, Tohno-san…”
Without replying by words, Tohno Shiki only smirks awkwardly.
“Uhm… It appears to be so…” Tohno Shiki only nods slightly hiding his distant gaze by looking toward the sky.

The other party Emiya Shirou remains silent. It has been depressing hours for him to withstand his own temper against Tohno Shiki. Each and every time he was about to explode, Tohsaka Rin got him under control and he obeyed her like a loyal dog.

“Thanks for your guidance today, Tohno-san. I’m sure Emiya-kun enjoys his time here as much as I do…”

Emiya Shirou keeps looking at what is before him ignoring Tohsaka Rin’s words. He is spacing out and being carried away by his own blank mind.

    “Isn’t it right, Emiya-kun?”

Again, Emiya Shirou doesn’t even care a pin and walks forward. He is beyond reach once he enters this kind of state.

    “EMIYA-KUN!”

Something eerily shakes inside Emiya Shirou’s head. His hearing sense is in a horrific state of misery.

    “What was it again, Tohsaka?”
“I said that we did enjoy our stay here in Misaki, isn’t it right Emiya-kun?”
Tohsaka Rin’s eyes are sending a chill down to Emiya Shirou’s spine and they are signaling a strong resentment toward any form of objection.
“Ah… sure… Of course I enjoy it, Tohsaka.” Emiya Shirou is forcing himself to agree with Tohsaka Rin complete with his forced smile.

“Speaking of which, Tohsaka… When do we intend to go back? After all, Akiha-san is not present, is she?”
“Eh…?” Tohsaka Rin gasps in surprise. “Haven’t I told you already? We’re going to leave on Tuesday… I thought you’d known though, Emiya-kun.”
“Nope, I didn’t know…” Emiya Shirou clearly states his innocent mind in this case.

“By the way, Tohsaka-san… Do you really think it’s okay for us to leave Saber-san alone in the house?”
“Please do not concern it too much, Tohno-san. Saber might just want to spend her time alone for a while…”
Emiya Shirou is choked suddenly hearing Tohsaka Rin’s words by words.

“Tohsaka, so you did invite me not because I was more efficient energy wise but because Saber simply didn’t want to come?”
“Eh—Well that’s a long story Emiya-kun… Anyway, you are willing to be invited anyway!” Tohsaka Rin’s cheeks are reddening full of embarrassment.

Another ordinary tale to be foretold—
Tohsaka Rin, a magus with both honour and nobility who lives her life to the fullest enjoying both happiness and sorrow in the same time.
Emiya Shirou, a future hero of justice who recently believes in a more realistic ideal to solely see everyone’s smiling faces of people around him.
Tohno Shiki, an assassin who is capable of killing more skilled than anyone but ironically values life more than anyone by appreciating each second he undergoes.
Three of them are exactly different kind of people with different kind of mindset and yet they all have something similar deep down inside.

Tohsaka Rin, Emiya Shirou, and Tohno Shiki believe their way of life themselves more than anyone in the world and they are proud to do so.
Therefore, for whatever tragedy shall occur before them, their determination will eventually overcome it with appreciation and thus moving on.

In the middle of the hotel room in Misaki, the two uninvited people coming from different world are gathering after going through hardship in a town they have never been before.

Ken looks at the clock sticking on the wall pointing at five o’clock. His legs are exhausted from a long walk to memorize the layout of Misaki.

Seth on the other hand enjoys newspaper which he has bought in the daytime. His eyes are focused on the first column of the first page of the newspaper. Without even bothering to look at any other pointless news and advertisement, his lips are muttering what is written inside and his face is frowning in solemnity.

“An entire hotel is being attacked by a terrorist? Every single one of them got killed viciously? It is presumed that a group of terrorist was the cause behind this massacre?”
Seth’s muttering finally gets the attention of an airhead next to him, Ken.

“Eh..? What are you reading, Seth?” Ken tilts his head in distress.
“Nothing extraordinary, XIII… Just any ordinary news… Save one exception though...”

“Let me take a look…” Ken grabs the newspaper examining the part Seth is dead serious about.
His eyes are widening up and his carefree face is filled with sudden anxiety.

“No, way… Isn’t this the hotel where I previously went to? A terrorist attack? That’s just impossible…”
“It’s a made up story, XIII. Obviously, if terrorist was the one who did this, there would be at least a trace of explosives. However, there wasn’t any in the place and the hotel building was only damaged a bit.”

“Whoever that guy was, he certainly wasn’t a human Seth. I could tell it instantly when I saw him back then…”
Seth nods in agreement and stops his reading enjoyment.
“XIII… let’s not patrol around the town for today. I’ve got a very serious matter to discuss with you at the moment…”
“How about Ron? He’s still not present yet…”
“We’ll wait for him… I think we’re missing several important information here and there. Something is disturbingly not right about this city.”

Kiritsuki Yaminaka is standing on top a skyscraper in the middle of Misaki. His eyes are gazing at the scenery below him. His clothes are fluttering amidst the gusting wind and his hair is swaying gracefully. He is simply enjoying the panorama of a city that he doesn’t know of.

Beside him, is another mysterious figure who appeared in front of him out of nowhere. That man is approximately as the same height as him. His face is one of a native Japanese and his eyes show an emptiness beyond salvation. Not even Kiritsuki Yaminaka as his master knows the real identity of him, a servant in Assassin class.

“Assassin… How is the request I’ve asked you previously?”

Assassin who previously stands behind Kiritsuki Yaminaka moves forward for two steps.
“It is indeed according to your judgment, Master. There are exactly three people coming out of nowhere just like you who originally don’t belong to this world. The description fits in as well with them, a rather short man with girly face, an eccentric tall green haired man, and a blonde wielding a wrapped lance… Amongst the three of them, the one wielding the wrapped lance seems to be the most troublesome one indeed.”

“Ah, so it seems one thing has been clarified now…” Kiritsuki Yaminaka nods in satisfaction. “Then, about the information regarding the other masters…”

“There are two candidates who possibly are the master of either Saber or Rider. The rest are literally uncovered by me. The master of berserker is both an alchemist and a vampire who can read the mind of others at her leisure, she is one of the most dangerous one I believe. The master of Caster is a vampire as well though. Regarding the circumstances of Lancer and Archer however…”
Assassin looks stern and stops his speech.

“Yes, what is wrong with the masters of Lancer and Archer, Assassin?”
“I’m not really certain because Archer is a very dangerous opponent however I suspect he is under the command of the same master of Lancer.”
“Eh…? A master commanding two servants? Isn’t this a violation of rules you’ve explained previously, Assassin?”
“That is correct, Master. However, this is only a presumption… I shall investigate further for the next time…”
Kiritsuki Yaminaka nods his head. He rubs chin slightly in a serious gesture and deep consideration. Slightly frowning, he grins slightly in satisfaction.

“Master, do you intend to wait for a longer period of time before we start to go on an offensive state?”
“That is I believe, the wisest choice for now… However, Assassin please do so to investigate Archer and Lancer. I have a good premonition coming from these two.”
    “Understood, Master…”

Just like that, the two men simply continue to enjoy the scenery from above. Beneath them is the nightlife of Misaki under the brilliance of the full moon.

An alchemist girl, Sion Eltnam Atlasia is wandering around at an empty street of Misaki.
Sion has been walking aimlessly for several hours to look for something inappropriate or bizarre around the town. Her feet are severely exhausted and her throat is nearly at its very limit of thirst.

    “Urgh…”

This is her sole pain as a half vampire half human being.

Even so, Sion feels something is off the hook because of her uneasiness during last night. Something which is lurking at night in Misaki.
Therefore she has been strolling ever since in the morning struggling the blazing sun for hours.

This time around, the sky is darkening and the shining sun has settled down. The previous hotness lingering in the air has vanished for good and the temperature is dropping.

“Now, I believe is the time to visit her…”

Sion’s previous tense in her body is slowly eroding away and her pale face is turning livelier.

What keeps her to go on now is the reason for her to come to Misaki in the first place. A reason to meet up with old friends who share the same burden with her.

    However—,

Another footsteps are heard in this empty place where Sion is walking at.

    “That…!?”
Sion is gasping for air and her calmness disappears from her face for a brief moment.

“That clothing… An alchemist girl of Atlas?”
A woman with red long hair before Sion is smiling rather tenaciously. Her eyes are telling Sion to not bother her business.

“B—Blue?” Sion is sweating hard as she realises the woman before her is no other than Aozaki Aoko, the infamous ‘Magic Gunner Miss Blue’.
“What on earth does an alchemist like you do here, in Misaki? I believe your business here has ended approximately one year ago, yes?”

Aozaki Aoko is still standing casually with her devious smile on her face. The eyes of her are not the one she shows for Tohno Shiki but they are instead the eyes of a sorceress who is ready to kill at any given moment.

“That is I believe my line, Blue. What is your business here in Misaki? Someone like you who only invites nothing but troubles shouldn’t be here…”
“Quite a foul mouth you have there, girl… However, I am not in the mood to burst things out…”
Sion simply closes her eyes and walks on leaving Aozaki Aoko on her own.
“Very well then, Blue… Let’s call this a day and a truce not to interfere each other.”
Aozaki Aoko is still smiling her dreadful smile with her killing intent suppressed.
“That’s the deal, alchemist of Atlas…”

The alchemist girl, Sion is leaving on her own without even turning her back.
The magician, Aozaki Aoko is simply standing in the middle of this empty street slightly turning her head.
“It seems like the mess is starting…”

Act 5 -Full Moon on A Holy Night-
In the corner of Misaki town, there lies something beyond human nature.

What loiters is no other than the rotten smell of corpses and stench of blood. The thickness of the air surrounding the area is filled with grim intent. The soil is literally soiled by nothing but murder and the joy of torture. Countless internal organs of living beings are scattered forming a pile of horror. The wind is barely moving and the pressure is stagnating.

No light is able to penetrate this space continuum nor will it ever reach to this place. Nothing but despair is filling the emotion of the environment with. This is what humans might say as a manifestation of hell in the foul world.

In the center of the room, there are limitless properties of devices with one and only purpose.
To simply enjoy the ‘art’ of murders—
The shape of the room itself is nothing but a simple square one with dreadful accessories made of flesh and blood painting the wall meticulously.

There, stands a man with a distorted face full of absurdity. A man who is better known as Caster.
Next to him, is his master Michael Roa Valdamjong. A vampire who is infamous as ‘Serpent of Akasha’.

Caster is scrutinizing a human like body on his desk. His hand is dissecting the body gently and caressing its intestines full of demonic passion.
“Hmm— Yours are simply an inch longer than your lover, lady… You have a wonderful shape of strings inside of you…” Caster puts the string like intestines closer to his ear. He skillfully plays it as if it were a guitar string. “Although the pitch is slightly off but it is still a good quality, lady…”

    “It hurts… It… hurts… It hurts… It hurts… It…”
The victim or perhaps the work of art in the eyes of Caster is gasping out of terror. Her eyes are looking at the ceiling above losing all the hopes inside of her. No longer trembling, her body has given up the joy of living drowning more to the world of desolation.

Out of curiosity, Roa is walking closer and sees the eyes of the victimized girl full of disgust.

“Caster, you should finish her off already… Really…” Roa sighs in disappointment. “You truly waste our food stock for a child’s play, Caster…”

Caster turns his head slightly toward his master, Roa. He frowns absentmindedly while his fingers are still caressing the interior of his artwork.

“Master, I believe… This is an art… This is a collection of masterpieces!” The gesture of Caster is the one who is fully inspired by raising both of his hands up to show his passion.

“Whatever…” Roa scratches his head losing his interest. “By the way, Caster… Have you finished our preparation yet?”
“Uhm…?” Caster’s bizarre eyes are intensely looking at Roa. “I believe all the preparation have been done, Master… Tomorrow’s night we will have a wonderful chamber filled with livestock for us to use…”

“Delay it, Caster…” Roa’s eyes are stern and his lips are protruding.
“B—but, Master… Are you sure to delay such a great party?”
“Yeah, this is an emergency plan, Caster… I have something interesting in mind…”

The serpent, Roa is chuckling out of nowhere in madness.
The servant, Caster continues his work of art ignoring his master before him.

“As you wish, Master. I believe in your judgment. When the time comes, we will have a bloody festival to ensure the victory…”
“Glad to hear, Caster… We still have several preparations to do inside and outside of our base.”

Sion Eltnam Atlasia is in a horrible state of revulsion. Her disbelieving eyes are shaking in distress and her entire body is shuddering harshly. She needs to breath but her chest can’t move to force the air coming inside. Both of her teeth and fists are clenching in disharmony.

    Who will not—?

That bloody view before her is nonetheless a half dead body of a girl. A girl whom Sion knows very well.
The one and only friend who knows her pain as bloodsucking entity is dying right in front of her.

That girl’s body is torn in pieces with several dissections running across and thus her body is barely attached. Her clothes are ripped apart and her ribs are displaced severely piercing her own internal organs.
Her eyes are sternly gazing at the distance beyond reach.

If what had damaged the girl was only physical injury, she would probably be healed in no time.
Yet, the girl’s mentality is breaking down. She is repeating the same phrase again and again, murmuring the voice inside her head.

    “Save me, Tohno-kun... It hurts… Save me, Tohno-kun… It hurts… Save me, Tohno-kun... It hurts… Sa—ve me…”

    “Sa—tsuki…”
Sion is holding her own tears and her throat is sore not because of her bloodlust but by the fact her beloved friend is beyond help.

“Forgive me, Satsuki… forgive me for not coming sooner… If I had come just a few hours sooner… If I had realised the possibility of you being attacked…”
Sion gently attaches the Etherlite to the head of her beloved friend, Yumizuka Satsuki. Her hand is stroking Yumizuka Satsuki’s head gently and Sion flashes out a smile to relieve the pains of her friend.

“I’ll… make sure to relieve your pain, Satsuki… You deserve more than this…”
Tears are flowing out from the solitary alchemist girl of Atlas, Sion.

Gently, she seeks deeper inside the memory of Yumizuka Satsuki.

    At that time—,
Sion’s eyes are widening and her mouth is gasping for air. The whole muscles on her limbs are tense enough to burst her blood veins.
Her connection toward reality is changing. What she is seeing now, is the view of her beloved friend Yumizuka Satsuki. Sion’s perception is distorted and warped into a world of illusion.

A boy is walking out of the thin air. He firmly grips a knife and his eyes display zilch but homicidal interest.
“Tohno-kun? What are you doing here?”
A boy resembling Tohno Shiki is moving closer toward her direction. Yumizuka Satsuki simply smiles in joy and suspects nothing.
    “Tohno-kun…?”
Yumizuka Satsuki is calling the name of the boy once more.

In less than a second, the boy is swiftly thrusting his knife and thus the tragedy begins…

    “Ha… Hah… Ha…”
Tohno Shiki is gasping in the middle of his room. The clock is pointing at eleven o’clock and he is on his bad sweating hard.

    “No… way… Yu… mi… zuka…? I… killed… her?”
Tohno Shiki is trembling in fear and his eyes are expressing his deepest anxiety.

“No way in the hell I…?”

The eyes of Tohno Shiki is looking at this clothes. It is not his pajama suit to shock him even further.
He is supposed to wear his pajama and yet— he is wearing something else.
The silvery knife is resting next to him and Tohno Shiki averts his gaze toward the knife engraved with ‘Seventh Moon’ on it.

“It was… a dream…?” Tohno Shiki frowns and his heart is beating slower and slower. His previous horror vanishes into the deepest obscurity of night.

The knife is perfectly clean without any trace of blood in it.
There is even no stench of blood coming out of Tohno Shiki’s body in the first place and the clothes he wears is the same with the one he wore previously when he went out with Emiya Shirou and Tohsaka Rin.

However, his anxiety still doesn’t cease to exist and his chest is somewhat hurt.

Tohno Shiki simply takes a deeper breath to relax his stern muscles and then continues to lie down on his fluffy bed.
    “Hah… That was… certainly…”
Tohno Shiki closes his eyelids bordering his own world with the reality outside his mind.
    “A dream…”

The moon is shining thoroughly above the Skyscraper Shrine in Misaki.

Kotomine Kirei is sitting down on his seat holding a glass of wine on his hand and crossing his legs in a graceful manner.
A round table is bordering Kotomine Kirei with a Dead Apostle Ancestor, Zephia Eltnam Oberon who is equally being unperturbed.

Zephia is holding his on glass filled with fresh blood relishing the fragrance of it solemnly by drawing his face closer to the mouth of the glass.

“The moon sure is beautiful, Kotomine Kirei…” Zephia is smiling.
“And the wine is perfect as well… Don’t you think so, King of Heroes?” Kotomine Kirei is looking at an empty air at one spot beside him.

A majestic presence soon fills the atmosphere. Out of nowhere, a charismatic man materializes from nothingness walking toward the direction of where Kotomine Kirei is sitting.
The golden king is simply rejoining the banquet of the priest and the vampire in heedlessness.

“Kotomine, you probably have realised how expensive the wine, have you not?”
Kotomine Kirei frowns and wickedly smiles.
“Indeed, King of Heroes… However, the sole price of your amusement is beyond expensive.”
Another meaningless sarcastic joke is uttered by Kotomine Kirei with nothing but to slightly irritate Gilgamesh.

“Ho? Another ruthless comments, Kotomine? You better have something entertaining, Kotomine…” Gilgamesh pronounces the name of Kotomine one syllable per second to emphasize his expectation.
“Worry not, King of Heroes… I, Kotomine Kirei once again shalt open another stage for thee with the…”

“Please have your patient, Ancient One… The participants of this bloodstained stage have now officially gathered here in Misaki.”

“Hah… A lowlife vampire who is not even able to achieve perfect immortality dares to speak? This is interesting indeed.”

Zephia is in silence and he is now used to the arrogance of Gilgamesh. Zephia knows very well the personality of King of Heroes after spending time for a while with him.

“TATARI, the matter relating to Assassin…”
“As I have suspected, Kotomine Kirei… There is unexpected error syntax coming from Assassin Class. However, you have none to worry about. The first pace of our stage has been set and there is no need to change the cast as for now.”

Kotomine Kirei simply nods in his own enjoyment.

“I see… then tonight… is going to be the last night before the start of its materialization… A reborn of ‘All Evils in the World’ by chance…”

Beneath the illuminating radiance of the moon, in the deepest corner of the alleyway in Misaki, Sion Eltnam Atlasia is in spasm.

An irony to be told, Sion’s mind has been violated previously by her own Etherlite. That is a price to pay for her to browse the memories of Yumizuka Satsuki.

    “Ah… Ha…”

The body of Sion is soaking wet by her own sweat and her breathing pace is faintly irregular. Her eyes are being fixed by the dying girl beside her, Yumizuka Satsuki.

The only thing connecting between Sion and Yumizuka Satsuki has finally been shattered.

Bit by bit, Sion’s mind is returning and her consciousness is slothfully recovering from the blank state surrounding her perception.

“There is no way… Is this a work of TATARI? He will never do…” ‘such a thing…’
Sion can’t bring herself to finish her line.

Calmly, Sion stands up and clearing any dusts stuck on her skirts.
“Uhm, even if the possibility is close to zero, I want to believe that was the case…” Turning her face over, Sion deeply looks at Yumizuka Satsuki full of compassion. “Rest assured Satsuki… No matter who the true culprit behind this, I shall find him…”

    “Tohno-kun, save me… It hurts… Tohno-kun, save me… It hurts… It… hurts…”
Yumizuka Satsuki is however still muttering the same phrase over and over unendingly.

Shaking her own head without any clear reason, Sion smiles warmly and raises her head to gaze upon the countless stars decorating the sky.

“Ries… I wonder what you will do in a situation like this…”

Ken is sitting on his bed leaning on the wall with Seth being positioned in the other bed and Ron directly next to Ken himself. Three of them are wearing comfortable pajamas in a simply fashion. Each of them is staring at each other.

“So, Seth… Now that Ron has finally been here, can you please tell us what is the information you want us to hear about?”
“That is reasonable however… Before starting our main conversation… Green Head, what in the world were you doing to come so late in the first place?”

Ron only shrugs and exhales a heavy amount of air.
“That was out of my expectation as well… I worked so hard that I didn’t realise the time and by the time I realised it… It was dark and I was starving to death and thus decided to have a tad of dinner.”

“How noble of you to overwork yourself and went to have dinner all on your own…” Seth simply replies in a sarcastic tone emphasizing the phrase ‘on your own’ to ensure offending Ron.
“Hey, I’ve told you the reason so please proceed…”

    Ken nods in agreement.

“Very well, as you can see… We are very fortunate enough to be stuck in a city of unknown universe for us where chaos accumulates because of unidentified paradox… A monster lurking around the town consuming human flesh, a strange atmosphere hanging in the air, and even your encounter with a certain teenage student, Green Head… There is something missing in the beginning and the middle part of our story here…”

Ron scowls reminiscing his previous encounter with someone whom he doesn’t know of. Yet, that person assaulted Ron.
“I kind of get it, Seth… This town’s atmosphere is getting thicker than yesterday. Even at my workplace, people were talking about bad rumors…”

“Eh…? Rumors?” Ken is moving closer toward Ron out of curiosity.
“Ah, stop getting so close, Ken… That’s annoying…”

    “Proceed, Green Head…”

“Uhm… Well, there were news about homicidal murderer lurking at night. However, the description of this homicidal murderer is very vague from people to people. Some said the murderer was a ‘she’ while the others said the otherwise. Heck, even the news on TV was all telling nothing but murder the whole day…”

“This is getting interesting, Green Head… The victims…?”

Ron’s eyes are sharpening and his usual casual face turns grim.
“That’s a good question, Commander… From my point of view, the victims were too varied ranging from high-school students to kids… Even the way the victims died was all different. There were rumors that said the victims were eaten alive just like what this Chicken Head had reported previously…”

“Wha—at? That monster is mentioned in the rumor…?” Ken is startled.

    “Your point is…?”

“There is no doubt about it, Seth… He is one of the homicidal murderers rumored in this town. However, there are more than just one culprits here… I suspect we are trapped in the middle of some kind of war which drags the innocence into the mess as well.”
“I see… Somehow I am very pleased with your information, Green Head…”

Ken averts his gaze from Ron to Seth.
“Then, Seth… What are we going to do?”

    Seth smiles and chuckles devilishly.
“It’s very simple, XIII… All we need to do is to keep patrolling at night. Once we find all the culprits, we’re going to attack them one by one to find the true mastermind behind all of this nonsense.”

“How about today, Commander? Are going to patrol for today as well?”
“There is no need for today, Green Head… Let’s rest for today to recover our strength for tomorrow.”

Ken is lying down on his bed closing his heavy eyes gently. His mouth is opening wide to inhale oxygen signaling his lack of consciousness.
“Hoammfu… Let’s call it a day then, I’m so frigging sleepy anyway… Good night all…”

Just like that, one man is down leaving both Seth and Ron who are still awaken.

“What was that…? That was fast, wasn’t it?”
“Leave him be, Green Head. XIII probably needs to rest in order for him to recover as soon as possible. I’ll turn the lights off then…”

“Ah… Good night, Commander…” Ron is lying next to Ken with his back facing Ken.

The switch is being turned off and all the light inside the room disappears instantly. The previous lively condition has finally ended for good.

“Ah… Good night, Green Head…” Seth’s consciousness is fading away as he enters a deep slumber.
The room is now dark without its light and no one remains awaken, ending the day just like that.

I see, thanks for reading chapter two... ^_^
Yes, things are heating up indeed... chapter 3 was delayed due to Real Life problems T_T
I am graduating from highschool this year so I was busy preparing my documents for university administration but it's done now...

By the way, I really love the way of the story progressed in the fanfic you gave me...
It's jus hilarious to have Akiha wearing 'The Mask' altogether with 'Ciel' and 'Arcueid' and on top of that...
Sion... lol I can't even imagine how messed up the situation will be...
I'll look forward for the newest chapter as well XD

The next chapter will be with the people from Fate and I have the presentiment that Shirou will end up regretting for giving the Masks for Saber and the other girls in this chapter and in a very frightening indeed. And I also believe that their situation the next day (in Chapter 4 to be exact), will be worse than Tohno Shiki in Misaki, especially a certain angry three servants with Shirou, for having to give them these "frightening presents", especially a certain guy with white hair...
