...So unless they're planning to include it in a future volume, Sakura's one appearance in Prisma Illya is confined to the magazine only.

Obviously, it's going to be included in Shirou's spinoff manga as a main chapter, with him as the actual harem lead.
I think it was an extra chapter, probably in a magazine somewhere, guess you will have to hunt through the scans from whatever site you prefer.
