I just had a random thought.

Doesn't Gilgamesh need the Fuyuki formula in order to finish his incarnation? If he installs his own card, we know that it won't magically turn him into an adult again, because the cards don't work like that. At best he'd be a tiny version of regular Gil.

Didn't the Fuyuki formula get transported with them? Gilgamesh would be the only person to remember this, right? So he can finish incarnating no problem since it's already there. This brings me to another question.

Since Illya is tied to that formula, then in order for her to be of any use to Darius, he would have to start up the Fuyuki HGW. We all know what this would mean.

Everything regarding Julian's plans for Illya just bodes horribly for Kuro. I'd assume that the first step to use that grail would be by destroying the Archer card and forcing a merge back this way. This part is really gonna hurt.

Probably Illyaverse Kiritsugu actually being fully introduced to the story. The entire reason for his absence so far is that "he's working hard on making sure the Einzbern ritual never ever activates again", according to Iri, so you'd think he'd totally involve himself in any plan that would aim for the exact opposite of that.

A meetup with Miyuverse Shirou and Shirou finding a version of his old man that is completely on board with his life choices would be such a great moment and mental reward for onii-chan.
