How exactly is she going to use the Origin Bullet though, or is Prisma's version of it not being dependent on needing Kiritsugu's mana/origin?
Wasn't his Origin put into the bullet itself? Didn't think he had to do anything with it after that point to get its effects.
No. From the Beast's Lair useful notes document
True threat of the pistol doesn't lie with the physical destructive power put into force by explosives and bullets, but custom "mystic bullets" (only twelve remaining). Bone powder extracted from Kiritsugu's own body is sealed in the core of the bullet tip and when fired, charged with Kiritsugu's Prana, it will smash Kiritsugu's magus "origin" ("severing" and "binding") into the target. What can also be called an artificial conceptual weapon. Kiritsugu's one and ultimate weapon, used only as a last resort against those extremely powerful threats. Effect against magi is a critical and fatal overload of activated circuits; resulting in destroyed organs and a fried nervous system. In addition, provided that the bullets are defended against by thaumaturgy, the origin of the bullets will still make its way into the enemy magus' circuits.

Prana doesn't have the mage's "color" dyed into it, I thought. So as long as there's sufficient Prana pumped into the magic item, it'll still do the thing like Rin with Gem Sword Zeltrech.
If not, something something family ties (or Assassin card Cross Crash to make Kuro Assassin KERRY).
On holidays for a few more days. LDR gf is back so I'm just chilling atm
Maybe next week or so

Also a bad example since after a bottle of whiskey is when I learned all of my magical metaphysics
Actually I have found the best brandy to generally be mid priced ones that have some spices but a little bit of the sweetness from whatever fruit they are brewed from. It makes for a sweet, spicy drink that pushes back a cold winter day perfectly.
or to put that another way, yes. Much sweeter.
...I like brandy.
