Dear new member, that's when a person revives a thread for no good reason. No one here likes that except in rare situations like an author posting a new chapter.
If you want to ask the author about a new chapter of demand him/her of one, then PM them or post a visitor message in their profile.
Maybe when I feel like writing this up again, rewatch the anime. its in the back projects for now.
