What makes you think so? In my view, it doesn't really have anything that's hard to be expressed in a visual format, it's a manga after all. Unlike LN/VN and their over-reliance with monologues to make them good. And even says, it doesn't really work just like you said, it's a Gundam show, it will sell.

They turn manga into anime all the time. Even Gundam is no exception as Thunderbolt has proven. I see nothing in Crossbone that would prevent them from becoming an anime - be it a series of OVAs on ONAs or whatever.
To be honest though, the anime I want to see made most of all would be Hathaway's Flash. Sure, they'd have to change some plot details since HF didn't follow Char's Counterattack exactly for complicated reasons but even that wouldn't take too much effort. It'd be genuinely good to see an end to the character arcs of Hathaway and his father Bright.

I could see Crossbones as an OVA series like Thunderbolt. Do about four-six episodes for the original manga, another round a year or two later for the sequel, repeat as needed.

Just finished reading Volume 6 of Gundam Thunderbolt aka "The Battle of Antarctica". Not a huge amount of plot progression, but it was still awesome nonetheless.

I don't like the new 00 diver look. In fact, I think it look worse than the original 00.
Hmm... for me? Looking at them side by side, the Diver looks like they just peeled off some of the armour in places and changed the shoulder pads. Ultimately, it just doesn't look different enough for me to like or dislike the change. Then again, I was never a huge fan of the 00 Season 2 mech designs anyways.

I mean, in Try, at least they try to make Burning Gundam as far away from Shining Gundam, but still pay homage to G Gundam. This is just, "Really?! you guys just can't change it more?" c'mon, just the color, maybe put the two GN drive on its back or something. MAKE IT LOOK DIFFERENT SO I HAVE A REASON TO BUY THE RG, WHEN IT INEVITABILITY RELEASES SO I CAN SUPPORT YOUR SHITTY REHASH OF GUNDAM VERSUS. Oh I am looking forward to the new Gundam Breaker, hope they add in a better combat system.
Is Crossbones Gundam in Build Fighters? I was just watching a youtube video and there was a bunch of shots of it animated, but as far as I know that story is still manga only.

In BF, Mao temporarily used a variant of the X1-Kai he dubbed the "Crossbone Maoh" when his regular Gundam X Maoh was destroyed by Julian Mackenzie.
While in Try, Lucas Kankaansyrjä used a straight build of the X1-Full Cloth with the only difference being it painted in his personal colours.

Hey, don't forget Lucas's has a Core Block system that is not present in the HG. That's like, very impressive even in IRL gunpla customizing standard.
