That's definitely true, just when I watch a show or play a game I want to be entertained. And shitty kids being shitty, played completely serious, isn't entertaining or interesting. Just caught up to Orphans...it really is taking its time huh.
Episode 9: Wow, that has got to be one of the most boring robot fight in Gundam history. That could be lot of things but "beautiful" is not one of them.
Episode 10: Oh hey, its Metal Gear RAY.
Episode 11 is out, my review/recap here. I liked the explanation for why mobile suits have nano-laminate armor and were named after demons and devils. Who better to oppose an angel than a demon that can clip its wings. That being said, Iok is literally the source of all the problems in this episode. All of them.

My review is up. To keep it short, this episode was excellent as those that came before in how it showed the personalities of the different characters, but at one point they brought up the final battle of the first season and I can't help but think that it's actually pretty similar to that. Just like how all their attempts to stop Eins failed, the Mobile Armor completely decimated every other suit sent against it until Barbatos stepped up and Mikazuki makes a deal with the metal devil in order to gain the strength to beat it. I'm not complaining, but it does leave me wondering just where they're going to go from here. The season is only halfway over and you're already removing the limiter on your super prototype machine, so you can't really get any higher-tier than that.

Soooooo.... Did anything actually happen this episode? Everything seems in the same place it was last time. Barbatos is about to fight the Reaper, Mika is getting an embolism, Red head was about to get wrecked only to be saved last minute, Blonde Girl is trying to fight it an being terriblly ineffective, Indian dude isn't there, Mask-y is still stalking McGillis. The only bits I saw was the pot-shotter's were finally in position and that one suit turned into a Railgun.

Legs and right-half of his body. My review is out and let me say that this episode was heavy with feels. Mika has basically sacrificed his life outside of battle for Orga's sake and all because he's been rushing. He's also sacrificing his other connections outside of Tekkadan. And as much as I want to laugh at Atra's suggestion, you have to realize that she literally can't think of anything to do for him other than that and her own body isn't mature enough for childbirth.

New episode is out, and so is my review/recap. This episode waves the death flags again by giving us the backstory of the Turbines formation, and Iok’s stupidity threatening more characters that we like. I’m hoping they’re just faking us out like they did with Ride against the Mobile Armor, but then I remember what happened to Biscuit and fear worms its way into my heart. One thing is for certain though, Iok and Jasley both better get what they have coming to them.

From the artstyle, I'd say they were probably doing it to promote Gundam: The Origin, but nevertheless it looks really cool.

Didn't Thunderbolt end with Io captured, Daryl a quadruptle amputee and both on their way to A Baoa Qu? Presumably close to the time the war ends since the Feds are so close in the first place.
