Err... not exactly, I was thinking more in the lines of:
Since Fate!Saber is dead for good, and we have already a HF!Saber as Kohaku's servant, we have a potential HF!Saber x Fate!Shirou, or even a Kohaku and HF!Saber x Shirou.
Fate!Rin and HF!Rin won't appear in the story, and the same about Fate!Sakura and UBW!Sakura.
I'm afraid this story would be more centered about Fate!Shirou, as the other two have, more or less, their lives routed. UBW!Shirou would have more protagonism than HF!Shirou. At least in my head, I'm open to changes in this set up, though.
And we need something from the Tsukihime side of the story to give them more time screen. And Kara no Kyoukai. Would either Shirou's or Shiki's harem increase with a certain bro-con magus? One is pretty similar, in the looks at least, to Kokutou, and the other is almost as nice, if not as nice, as him.

The lack of Kotomine in BMW1 disturbed me, and I was unsatisfied with the handwavery involved.
BMW 2 will have plenty of Kotomine goodness. He'll be an "Ally" to them, so that he can witness their suffering from close and personal. He won't be a party-member, but at least he'll be a neutral/"friendly" NPC for certain missions.
Did I mention he'll also be the big bad?

So Zero-Rider as one of the baddies... or more like one of the Servants in the dark side... I like it. We can't have all the powers in the side of the heroes, and we have almost all the fifth servants in that side (except true assassin)
Okay, wild idea. How about Bazett teaming up with Archer at the beggining, for the sake of including her? And Lancer, of course. Then we have the Enforcer, the Hound and the Blacksmith fighting our team for some time.

The thing is, Saber needs Shirou to "mend her ways" first. And since we paired Fate!Shirou with HF!Saber, things will go that way and the "broification" with Alex can go in parallel. Kohaku knows to little about the ways of the hero to do that.
Ah, alright, then yeah I could see the "broification" take place then. And with the power of bros, comes a team attack whose details are currently unknown to me.
Any ideas?
