What if Sakura had summoned Death (Darksiders 2) as a Rider?
It would be percepted by Shiki-s.
What abilities does this "death" have (more specifically than "killing people", I mean...)?
Walking around, smashing stuff with scythes, bringing apocalypse... The routine apocalypse rider stuff.

Given that I've not played God of War (although I do know some stuff about it), not really....
He's also older than the Human Race and has heralded the end of countless words in his career as Horseman Of The Apocalipse and keeper of universal Balance.
So, by Nasuverse standards, he's pretty darn powerful. "Kill Zouken in the blink of an eye and take the worms out of Sakura" powerful, I'm thinking.
Well, fair enough, but what would he do then...?
I mean, is he the sort of guy to go "hey, my master is kind-of sweet, I don't mind fighting for her", or is he the kind to say "KILL! KILL! KILL!" and then demolish the entirety of Fuyuki.
He's not a crazy berserker who's called Death because he likes to kill. He's actually pretty honorable.
If anything, he's the kind to think "This child did not deserve the torture done onto her. Since I am here, the least I could do is fight for her." or something. Though, he's got his own regrets, judging from Darksiders 2, so he might feel interested on the Grail.

Ah, OK, so he'd want to help Sakura because her situation is unjust?
So, how would he react to Sakura's total refusal to fight Shirou, and Shirou's refusal to hurt anyone else...?
Masters don't necessarily need to be killed, so he'd be fine with leaving Shirou, really. Even if he'd call Shirou's unwillingness to hurt anyone else naive. In fact, I think Shirou's ideal to save everyone would sound pretty bitter for him.

What if Shirou summoned Heracles as Berserker ?
Shirou dies of prana drain very shortly afterwards.
Just imagine the encounter. Shirou not knowing what's going on and Berserker unable to talk.
What if Sakura summoned Herakles as Archer, and Ilya summoned Medusa as Berserker?
EDIT: Not sure who Rin gets, but my mind immediately goes to Prototype-Gilgamesh as Rider.
