I don't know much about FOTNS, but from what I've heard Kenshiro is ludicrously powerful by the series' end. Elevated to a Heroic Spirit, he'd probably end up trashing everyone except maybe Gil. (And since his techniques are martial-arts based, I don't know if Shirou's inability to supply Mana would be as much of an issue either)
