Well, with regards to Kerry summoning CG!Kerry Kerry as a Servant- The two would get along quite well (in that they have a similar mindset and choice of tactics) which eliminates a great deal of the dysfunction from team Emiya/Einzbern. That said, Saber is an order of magnitude more powerful then Kerry, so they'd have to change tactics to account for their inability to fight Servants directly. Also, Gilles probably kills everyone with Cthulu unless Tokiomi convinces Gil to pull out Ea (lol).

Also, Kirei probably winds up summoning the wars Saber class Servant, so if it's still Artoria she probably ends up on the wrong end of a Mind Control/Rape Doujin Because Gil and Kotomine are both A-Rank douchbags, so there's that.
