I'm not sure these disks are region free or not. I don't anxious about it but I recommend you may check it, If you live outside of Japan. No information wrote in this page.

Yes, it does exist. You can play those games because PS3 games are like never region locked, in fact, the only PS3 game ever region locked was P4A. And the TM Fes discs are also supposed to be region free too, despite some sites listing it as region A.
