The director for Guilty Crown wasn't bad. The writing was. Should look into who's writing the script for this and see what else they've adapted before.

I'm concerned about the length though. That and what they're going to do about an ending, since the manga is still ongoing. I hope they don't go for an anime original ending and split off from the manga at some point.
