TBH, the climax of Heat could have used some dragonriding, IMO.

I so want it to be good but I think it's going to be a mess. Just like in comics, crossover events can be fun but universe wide events tend to giant messes that spend more time trying to cram in as many characters as they can to draw more fans than telling a tight story.

Eh, the Russo brothers seem to be good at taking things and twisting them enough and knowing to go for emotional punch over spectacle that I'm willing at least to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Okay. This is the Marvel thread. I saw it. I liked it. Definitely set itself up for a sequel.

More than the movie itself, it's interesting to see how everything has been leading up to this, and how it'll go from here.

Will say that I think I'd be a bit tired of still seeing superhero movies in 2030 though.

I must be the only one who think MCU Thanos has a better reason to cull half of the universe compared to the comic counterpart. But really nice movie, and looking for forward to part 2.
