I'll say what nobody else has the guts to admit, Indy 4 was ruined by bringing back Marion.

No, but it was one of the things that drew people to a movie where Shia Leboeuf swings with monkeys.

The first half/two thirds of that movie are really enjoyable, but fuck does it go to shit once they get captured by the Russians.

It is pretty terrible IMO. So many poor production choices all around.

I know nobody set out to make a bad show but they really needed to step it up and they didn't.

I found guardians of the galaxy volume 2 really funny. And my god, it was so fucking colorful. It had some really weird writing choices though, but I never got into it because of a stellar and amazing story.

I mean the writing is the strongest point of the film. For example, it's the only Marvel movie with what can be called a good villain without qualification (barring maybe Jeff Bridges in Iron Man 1, but I haven't seen that movie in nine fucking years so I'm not sure).

Where do you study to become a good villain with qualification btw? I mean, there has to be some kind of specialist school right? So many evil Doctors...

I found some of the dialogue to be a little forced.

Like the scene with Yondu giving his back story. Also, the awkward comedy at Yondu's death made it challenging to take it serious;y, as well as the incredibly long scene after. There was just some really weird pacing issues. The line delivery for Ego in some scenes felt really odd as well. I think I need to rewatch it before I reach anymore conclusions though.

I liked it, although TBH I'd probably have liked it just as much if it comprised solely of Drax poop jokes.
