To put it one way, "get that nigger out of here" could be called paleo-racism, while the automatic association of a black person with hip-hop would fall more under the neo-racism that came into prominence in the latter half of the 20th century.

Either the intent behind my wording wasn't clear or you want to start a semantics debate for the hell of it, seems like it's the latter.
One of them has actual hateful intent, the other is a statement that is offensive but has no ill meaning on the part of the person who speaks it.
