I like the chapter! Assassin & Alter Lancer Vs Berserker (obligatory Illya desperate cries for Berserker to stop and run included) was cool. Damn Lancer Alter. Thank goodness Kerry and Rin arrived on the nick of time.
And then Archer punts back the Shadow with Broken K&B and fights Lancer Alter. With unaltered Caladbolg. Aw yeah. Very nice to see Archer make use of his full ability to emulate the strengths of the projected Noble Phantasm's owner (and in this case, fulfill the geas Cu was sworn to).
... Oh I guess he punched Assassin in the face too. Poor dude is so classy and monstrously awesome yet nothing goes right for him. Isn't it sad, Assacchin?
And gah, Kiritsugu waking up to Illya crying over him and telling him she thought he'd left her again. My feels.
That was one scene that feels like it should've had more impact, but I guess the moment was cut short by Kirei. That and Kiritsugu's point of view always being kind of on the detached side.
Speaking of Kiritsugu, I am looking forward to seeing the Matou residence get blown up.

Awesome chapter is awesome. Loved the fight scene. Favorite bit was at the end there. Kirei wants to see Kiri suffer longer, but is that really all there is to it? It will be nice to see what's in store...
To tell the truth, Kirei does so in order to face Kiritsugu in one last fight in the cave of the Greater Grail instead of Shirou, and Kiritsugu did not answer the challenge of Kirei, after the end of the 4th Holy Grail War, when both the two themselves eye to eye from afar, and Kiritsugu decided to continue to search for survivors through the rubble caused by the great fire in Fuyuki.
