I always said that you only ever need to see the last five minutes of any basketball game. It's like the opposite of soccer, where too much scoring causes each point to lose meaning.

You know when there's enough time for entire bands to set up their equipment, perform a song, then pack it all up and leave the court, that timeouts are probably too goddamn long.

You could also say the same of Football, with their time outs. I can't even count the number of times I've ended up watching an hour of the NFL just because I wanted to watch the show that was supposed to be on after it was done.

On a more serious note though, how can they be objects of sexual desires?

Unless the child likes it to the point where the child wants it, which is wrong in many ways unless the child can convince us that he/she likes it. -.-
