If you Charm Lena in preparation for her quest, she'll say "take all of my money" as an incentive. The code block then gives you one million gold pieces; unfortunately, she only has 4gp in inventory. This was terribly disappointing when I tested it in-game.
Yeslick taunts Kagain by singing Sixteen Tons and an inordinately obscure '90s Canadian comedy musical group's obscene tune about mining. Sixteen Tons has a 50% chance of provoking Kagain into a duel to the death.

Skie and Eldoth say Entar's weirdly overprotective. On the other hand, some persuasion and he immediately starts trying to marry off his daughter to you. (Like several other charmed dialogues, this skips a gender check).
The cook in the Cloakwood Mines assumes you're there for an orgy with her if she likes you. (Another case where the initial dialogue has a gender check but the charmed one doesn't).
There is hilarious dialogue I don't think is used for getting your PC charmed by the Sirens and persuading you to murder your party.
If you get the Flaming Fist after Viconia to open up, he actually has more specifics than just "drow = murderer."
The halfling who sells a piece of turquoise to you for 1000gp, claiming it's a gem of true seeing, isn't meant to be just scamming you. It's supposed to be one of those cursed items that you can only get rid of if someone willingly accepts it, but that didn't really get implemented because he just hands over the default gem.
Ensorcerelling Kagain into thinking you're his friend just results in him saying "I don't have friends."
