I think my parents treat me with unconditional pride. Like, they're still nice and forgiving to my brother even after he whelped a bastard lovechild that he actively pretends doesn't exist.

Something like that, although I see mine freaking out at least a bit if something like that happened. Like, my mother is so nice and forgiving you're basically ashamed to not be the best child you can be to her.

So far? No, I've only found few and far exceptions that cosplay certain artists's fanart. There's that one facebook page that hosts a lot of cosplayer's galleries (including from the recent comiket). Some of them cosplayed Fate characters, one of those exceptional cosplayers did Sweater Scathach (and another did the Teacher outfit).
