I like seafood too. No bully. It's just that apparently we should not use meat as our primary protein in every meal even if we're going to eat it. Which is a thing many Americans do not understand at all because we over-farm cows, etc.

I eat meat like, once a week. And where I come from there traditionally wasn't much meat (or food at all, really), so people relied on leafy greens and a few other vegetables, animal produce like milk and eggs, some scant dried meat, and fish. Fast-forward a few decades and it's considered one of the healthiest diets on the globe.
