So I went to bed when the silly bedtime app on my phone told me to instead of staying up for another three hours and woke up right when my alarm went off feeling great instead of wanting to sleep in, which left me with enough time to eat breakfast which left me feeling great all day. Is this... is this why people try to live healthy? Because it feels good? I always thought it was just so they could have something to lord over people.

Human beings are not nocturnal creatures Staying up late is purported to be correlated with intelligence and the personality trait openness to experience, but it's not evident that staying up late has ever been a good thing, and there's a strong relationship between your sleep cycles and your mental health.

Anyways, these 40 year old women were hitting on me at work. One said that my face was somehow changing shape at the age of 22 and that I was beginning to look more like a "man", and another jumped in behind her to comment on my apparent early 20s puberty.

Welp, voted Liberal. It's not the popular party right now, but with the way Doug Ford ran his brother's business into the ground, I don't even want to know what he'd do with Ontario's money. We'll end up with no libraries. Public schools will end up with no funding. Doctors are going to be let go en mass because hospitals won't be able to afford them...

Not that Rob was any smarter when he was alive, but at least he was a swell guy. He was a great city councilor, but a disaster as a mayor. And just a mayor, not the premier. Doug is stupid and apparently also a real douche. I am terrified to find out the results at the end of the day. I couldn't even vote for anyone other than Liberals, because my neighborhood is a primarily Liberal riding, so no voting strategically for the NDP to keep Ford out would just have been a waste of a vote...
