Wondering if i should grow my hair out like an epic poet or a prog rock band member. People seem to like my hair at it's current length and I never entertained the notion of growing it out this long until I started listening to Yes.

I don't drink coffee. I think stimulants are bad for you. I usually exercise, eat protein and take a hot shower to wake up. I think part of the mechanism that allows coffee to wake people up is that they become dependent on coffee for waking them up. If you didn't need coffee as much to wake you up, you might find it easier to wake up.

I’m...actually not. I am known for being the biggest caffeine addict in my work place and I work in a hospital. Think about that.

i once went 36 hours within any caffeine due to a convergence of coincidences and only realized when I straight up detoxed. I was sweating, trembly, my head was pounding and I was surly and irritable. Because of this, I wasn’t thinking right and it took m a while to realize what was happening.
