Its not really the shows themselves. Its my brain finding things to worry & obsess over.
Like watching the MC get closer with their friends & I'm sitting there thinking "my relationships/friendships aren't really in a good state. No wonder no one wants to hang out with me/talk anymore"....

The way I am sometimes, the logic flies out the window & I can't think straight. Even if I'm 99% sure it isn't true, my mind dwells on that 1%. When my logic returns, I feel stupid & a horrible person if I said anything.
