I never want to get a root canal. My dad had one once and they accidentally splintered the tooth and had to go back like 5 times to slowly break it apart and remove more parts of it.

i was half way to work today when I realized in an end of week haze, I had put on my scrubs. That was normal attire for my old lock down unit but banned from my new job. Couldn’t go home without being really late
plus apparently I’m completely out of it
so I stopped at Starbucks, got the office coffee (and me one, obviously) then pulled an old polo I kept in my trunk in case I got peed on or something and put it on

They aren’t banned from the whole medical team, but are from intake assessors, which is my new gig. Clinical lead likes differentiating between departments.

I like how I can be reading a history text that's entirely in English, and then they drop a word like Wirkungsgeschichte like it's no big deal. After all, why would you even be reading this book if you don't know what Wirkungsgeschichte means?
