Seems the "well shit, I don't care. Next!" mentality is exclusive to the Hispanosphere. Almost every non Hispanic has a "pick a side or piss off" mentality with no ability for compromise.

Hmm, you might be onto something. I'm hispanic as well, and I usually can't be bothered to care whether I'm right or wrong on internet matters, and most of my hispanic friends are like that too, yet my friends overseas are much less wiling to admit defeat in our chinese cartoon chats.

Is that what it is? I thought I was just too lazy to read through walls of texts or just not knowledgeable enough so I refrain. And 100% I don't feel like debating... too bothersome.

I wanted to see the My Hero Academia movie, but I couldn't because my ride's breaks stopped working on the last day of the first showing. Then suddenly, my friend wants me to see the Venom movie with him. I want to see a movie, I can't, then he suddenly wants me to watch one with him that I don't even want to see just like last time. It's like I'm not allowed to watch anime movies in theaters.

I tried to find times for the MHA movie, and it weirdly looks like it's playing in most states but mine. That's pretty unusual, but hopefully it will come to cinemas here later.

We're not allowed to watch Chinese Cartoons in public. That's the rules... at least the unspoken rules around here...
