    After that I was always careful to tell stories that were primarily about me or my co workers, not about patient’s symptomology.

    So no “and he thought I was Donald trump” or whatever, but maybe “and yeah, I got scratched pretty hard and she had been refusing medical labs and I’m hoping i don’t have AIDS now”
