    I mean more power to you if you smoke your burgers for twelve hours but I don’t think your average batch of ground meat has the fat content for that kind of treatment

    Please don’t take any of this personally I’m just poking fun at you the same way I did when my Californian cousins declared they were gonna “make barbecue” then went to the fridge and grabbed a pile of hamburger patties and hotdogs

    Just some good natured ribbing from the barbecue capital of the world (self-declared, of course, just like the other fifty)
